Quad Lock MAG Phone Case for iPhone 12/12 Pro Black

I have been using the old style Quad Lock case for a long time as I bike quite a bit and it works great so I decided to try this one (for iPhone 12) to see how it worked as I wanted a thinner case. I have both an Anker and an Apple mag charger and it works with both of them just fine. I read some comments about it not working with the Apple but mine works great, very strong magnet and charges to 100% reliably without getting the phone hot. Have taken it for several bike rides on the trail as well and it appears to be as strong and safe as the older style with the raised lock part. So far so good so for me it is worth 5 stars - will check back in if anything changes.

This is a very high quality case. Just a little thicker than a normal case. The lock mechanism doesn't stick out at all and works perfectly with my Mag safe charger. Clean approach to all the openings for all the buttons. Like it very much. Totally replaces the case I was using. A bit more expensive but it shows it.

Overall, I really like this case and it has become an essential part of my daily carry. The built-in MAG magnet on the back works flawlessly—it holds strong on my wireless charger in the car and lines up perfectly on my charging stand next to my bed at night. When it comes to riding, it performs exactly as advertised. The case locks rock-solid into the Quad Lock mount on my motorcycle, giving me zero concerns about the phone moving or flying off at highway speeds. I have two minor complaints regarding the design of the case itself. First, I wish the sides had some textured molding for a better, more secure grip when holding the phone normally. It can feel a bit slick in hand. Second, I don't care for how the entire upper camera section is a massive cutout. I would much prefer it if the back was fully enclosed with precise, individual holes stamped out for the lenses, flash, and sensors to offer better dust and scratch protection. Even with those small design preferences, it’s an excellent case. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars for a review. If you need seamless everyday magnetic charging but want total peace of mind that your phone is completely safe on your bike mount, you can't go wrong with this setup.

Quadlock products are pricey but they are totally worth the price. I rather pay more for good quality, no complaints here, it fits, it works, it is accessible and it makes my bike look great since it is not a bulky charger.
