PureTreeOrganic Contour Latex Pillow - USDA Certified Organic Latex with 100% Organic Cotton Cover (Low Loft)

The photos show the pillow once unwrapped - lumpy and no recovery after weeks. I emailed PureTree and eventually heard from Christina Young, who asked for my order number and assure me I did not have to return the pillow and that I would be refunded. I replied with my order number, and I have not heard back from her since. No refund, nothing. The product has promise, I loved the profile etc, but communication and follow through are not there. So I am stuck with a defective pillow.

I was ready to love this pillow. After trying dozens of pillows after neck fusion, this seemed like a winner. Soft but with support and not hard or sinking in like memory foam. Unfortunately the strong odor did not abate after weeks. My bedroom retained the smell, as did my pillowcase even after washing. I tried baking soda, double casing, lavender oil spray but the rubbery smell permeated through all. So I will reluctantly return the only comfortable pillow I’ve found. Also the rubber is already showing cracks and fissures.

Wasn’t sure at first, as it’s not as soft as other Latex Foam pillows I have. After trying it, I really do sleep well on it, no neck pain, and has even helped with back/hip pain. Also, I am a side sleeper and usually put my hand under my pillow, which results in waking up with my hand asleep. I no longer feel the need to put my hand under my pillow. I am happy with this pillow.

I bought this pillow over a month ago end it still smells terrible! it has this awful rubber smell that I cannot seem to get out, i’ll leave it outside in the hot sun… I leave it outside for days thinking that will help nothing helps it smells so bad!

more fumes than i expected.

I bought this pillow because of neck issues. I purposely was looking for a latex pillow. Although comfortable, the higher bump is not quite high enough for me. I need a taller profile. It is squishy, like I wanted, but my head pushes the latex bump down too much. I'm keeping it because it's better than nothing, but at times I put it over another latex pillow in order to get comfortable.

I am a side/back sleeper and the loft was too high for laying on my back and caused a lot of unnecessary neck pain

The pillow feels good but needs to be a little thicker for me. I still find there is a gap between my neck and pillow. I also wish it had more “lift”. I felt my head was below my neck.
