Hanno un alto contenuto proteico ed il gusto non ha eguali. Non fanno grumi. Si possono utilizzare anche per fare delle mousse. Le consiglio vivamente

Gusto molto discutibile
Il prezzo è buono, si sciolgono molto bene senza grumi, ma il gusto è veramente forte e più che di fragola sa di gomma da masticare. Personalmente devo mischiarle con bevande/ frutta per mascherare il sapore.

Easier to digest than whey, excellent taste
Really nice alternative to whey, mixes well, bit more expensive but as I'm an older bodybuilder (mid 50s) I find this much easier to digest and doesn't give me wind/bloating like whey can, I also find that delayed onset muscle soreness is much less, I don't know if this a result of using this product or just a coincidence. Just tried the salted caramel as well because it's on offer at time of writing and that's very nice too. Would be interested to know from PhD or anyone else if they've found the same?
