Product description         Easy to use gluten free mix for shortcrust pastry or pie crust. Only ad water and you have a dough that is easy to handle. Remember to not ad to much water. Make the dough sweet by adding 150ml of icing sugar             Ingredients         veg. fat powder (contains milk derivatives), rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, thickener (E412), baking powder (E450a, E500)

                  Directions         Mix the mix with 45ml of water or an egg. Knead the dough by hand or in a food processor until it holds together firmly. Press the dough into the mold (enough for a 24 cm large mould) by hand and then follow your regular recipes. Sweet pastry: mix in 100-150ml powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar in the pie dough. You can also mix the dough with 3 tablespoons of water instead of eggs (NOTE: do not use more water).          See more
