Remote Control Replacement for Proscan TV PLDED3273A PLDED4016A PLCD5092B PLDED3996A-C2 PLED4616A PLED3216A PLDED3257A-C

The remote for our Proscan TV stopped working so we ordered this replacement. It came pretty much in a box by itself with no packaging or instructions. We looked online to see if we could find anything but came up empty. So despite numerous attempts we gave up and returned it. Perhaps you'll have better luck if you need one of these, but I can't recommend this one.

The remote came in a clear little bag with no instructions. I was finally able to place the TV, put batteries in the remote and it didn't even work. I was sure to get the model number off the back of the TV and verified it with the remote but it did not work. I tried to trouble shoot it and it said to press the power and the SEL (select button) the remote does not have a select button. I am a day late for a return so I now have a useless remote. UGH If I could give a lower rating I would.

I guess you get what you pay for. But that’s not the point. The point is this is advertised to work for my Proscan TV (work for most models per description) I assumed based on the description that as soon as I put the batteries in the remote it will work. WRONG! I did exactly everything of what to do, turn the TV off, take the batteries out and press all the buttons to get my remote to work to my TV...it still doesn’t work!! I will be sending this back ASAP.

My pros can tv model was listed and the remote didn’t work. Went through all of the troubleshooting steps that it said- still didn’t work. It’s a piece of crap.

Did not work for my Proscan tv.

Old remote died...older TV. Amazon had what I needed....easy for 76 year old to program. Thank you Amazon ! 😁

Works like it should was nice to get the same ready to go out of the box but it did come without batteries

Didn’t work, and this was the 2nd, the replacement! Had to return the 1st one because it didn’t work. Two thumbs down.
