Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would't be there. We went ahead with it, because we're hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually ... if we love the faucet, we'll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I'll update if anything changes.The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have.The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch.My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it's good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won't break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok.Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you'd use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. I realize this is not everyone's esthetic, but it works for me.

Great value for the money. Easy to install. Works perfect for my large basin sink and the hands free option is perfect for when I am working with food (ie chicken, meat) and need to rinse/watch my hands frequently and don't want to constantly touch my appliances.

I love this faucet! My sister has it and told me about it. I was skeptical at first but decided to get it a try. I am amazed with the quality and the aesthetic! The stainless steal actuall matches some of the specs in my granite kitchen counter top! It has an Industrial look, sits 18” high and is high quality. It has great reach and menuverablity for cleaning the sinks. I really love it. I’ve only had for a short period of times so time will tell in terms of longevity. My contractor install it, so can’t speak to the ease of installation, because he had to move the garbage disposal temporarily to install, but once he had the clearance it was installed in no time. The water flows way better the my old unit.

The hands free sensor works like a champ and the faucet is attractive and seems well built.

Once faucet, easy to install, although getting the water hoses through the faucet was tricky. There is barely room, and I had to put one hose through at a time. The faucet looks nice, and works well. My only two complaint: The pull out hose needs to be longer to effectively reach all the around the sink. the last faucet I had had a 64 inch hose, and this is what needs to be on this one. The other thing is that the faucet makes a weird humming noise when in use. I cant figure out where it’s coming from, but it’s somewhat annoying. All in all, it’s great for the price and I would recommend it.

This looks amazing on our stainless sink. It sits higher and the sprayer reaches all areas of our large sink. I like how the sprayer resets itself when you turn off the water. No need to hit the button to turn off the spray setting like in our Delta unit we replaced. The hot and cold are reversed now but you get used to that quickly.

I love the faucet. It's so beautiful with my countertop! I love the functionality of it also. It works great. Very smooth swing on the arm and the pull down sprayer works great too. One note about a faucet that uses a weight to retract the sprayer versus a magnet: The weight tends to bang against the back of the sink cabinet and can be noisy. I put a sheet of styrofoam against the back of the cabinet and wrapped the weight in bubble wrap. It's completely silent now. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This faucet is so nice. I love the filtered water feature! The water tastes so clean and refreshing. It has a great range of motion for reaching every part of my sink which is 36" wide. The spray function is powerful enough to rinse debris into the drain basket but not so strong that it splashes out of the sink. When you turn the water off, the nozzle returns back to normal if you were using the spray function. Having the normal/spray function button right on the nozzle is so nice. Just a flip of the button with your thumb is all it takes. The faucet is very attractive and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Have been using this for over a month now, and it's been great! Good build quality, looks great, and having the filtered water built-in as opposed to needing to drill a separate hole in the counter is really convenient (and works well)! I would highly recommend this faucet.EDIT: Following up again 7 months later, and this faucet is still great! It remains sturdy and still looks great.

Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house - which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years.This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece.Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don't leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet - but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge.The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing.Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that.Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area.Very happy with this faucet.

Acheter pour qu'il match avec mes poignées d'armoirs et je suis tombé pile dessus ! En plus qu'il s'installe facilement, le débit et la pression est parfaite, pas trop forte pour faire éclabouser de l'eau partout ! Bref, très satisafaite !
