Epson ET-3850
First of all I like that this printer is white and not black. Just a nice change. So far, the print quality is great. I am getting used to the extra button pushing. Example: when you want to turn it off, you press the on/off button, THEN you go to the arrow button and point it to "off", and then press OK.I had another Epson with the ink tanks for 8-10 years with NO problems, but the paper drawer broke. Apparently there is some connection to it working and having all of the little pieces of the drawer in tact.We paid $15 to Office Depot to recycle the old printer. It was full of ink which could not be used in the new one, or I would have figured a way to get it out. All the printers have specific ink. I hope this printer is as frugal on ink as the last one. The ink lasted at least a year.

please don't buy it.
I placed the order for a new one but received a used item. The package is so worn. When turned on, it didn't work.

Good, But!
So far the printer itself is great, but the WiFi connection can be a pain if you are running an antivirus on your computer. You may have to completely disable it in order to ever connect. The UI is somewhat cluncky and needs improvement. But once I finially got everything figured out seem okay, but not great. The printer itself is great, have had no issues with the printer.

Solid workhorse with two paper trays
Home office. I appreciate the two trays. For me one is loaded up with business envelopes and the other 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. I can write letters and it prints the letter and the envelope. Scanner knows to scan from document feeder or the flat plate. Good quality prints. Color pages do not come out damp. Interface is USB, WiFi or Ethernet cable.I wish the control panel was a bit larger , perhaps on the next generation.

Perfect home printer
I found it $105 cheaper at Sam’s wholesale club after I had ordered it and I return the item. But I love the printer… It does it all!

Buyer Beware! Do Not buy!!!!
Buyer Beware! Do not buy! This product is NOT covered by Epson's warrantee. Amazon should screen sellers before exposing buyer to bad practices. Registered printer with Epson but registration showed warrantee expired. Called toll free number and was told Epson will not honor warrantee through third party seller. Dealing with India is a nightmare! Save yourself a headache and verify the sellers who sell on Amazon.

Below average print quality, runs through ink very quickly
That's the printer for office, not for home. It prints very fast but the print quality is below average. Periodically a couple of nozzles clog and when you run the cleaning cycle it runs out of ink very fast and eventually you have to change the ink and the maintenance box. Given all that, I waited for the maintenance box being full again and threw the printer into the bin.For me to consider Epson for home again I'd look for:- cleaning cycle by color- ability to clean and reuse the maintenance box
