This machine is ideal for beginners or young kids who are just starting out with tennis. More advanced tennis ball machines tend to shoot balls too fast and require a lot of space, which makes them hard to use for newcomers. But this one has a slower ball speed, so it's just right for learning the basics. It also doesn't need a huge area, so we've been using it at home without any issues.It broke after 9 months of use, but I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. Really impressed with the support.That said, once you move past the beginner level, this machine probably won’t be enough. At that point, you’d likely need a much more expensive machine and a bigger practice space. But for working on hand-eye coordination and basic techniques in the early stages, you really can’t go wrong with this one.

The media could not be loaded. I don't normally write reviews, but really am impressed, good tennis trainer for the price. Kids love it, I love it. Only issue is sometimes the balls don't fall back into the tube from the net. Great value for the price. Lots of fun and good practice. We live in a place that gets cold in the winter so will be nice to play with in the basement.

Too fragile. Does not hold up well and can even break down after 1 use for advanced hitters.(Update)Customer support was very understanding and offered assistance right away! This was probably the best interaction I've had with any customer service. Although the product may have some flaws, the product is a good buy for beginners!

I am looking for a affordable ball machine for motivate my 10 years old kid to practice tennis often. I found this machine and net combination is perfect for me and my kid who are both beginner. I set it in backyard. They are easy to setup. The machine and net are in good quality, Especially the net. very study. The ball can circulate between the net and machine. save my time to pick up the balls. My kid cannot hit the ball very hard yet. I hit the ball harder. most of the ball can fall and stay inside the net. But if I hit very hard, the ball can bounce out. It is good for our daily practice. I like it!One more thing for the customer service. I first bought the one Furlihong 6802NT by mistake. I realized that model cannot rotate the direction. I returned it and get refund without issue. Then I ordered this one. But I found out the power adaptor doesn't work. Using the batteries work. That means the machine itself has not issue. Then I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement power adapter only . They responded in one day and sent me another machine as apology. Super nice and responsible.By the way, I test the battery life. I have been used the battery power for 5 days ( about 30 mins per day), it still works.

Great for beginners. My daughter is 15 and the ball thrower just doesn’t have enough power. It doesn’t throw very far. Would work great for smaller kids.

I feel cheated! Paid for a new product and this looks completely used!

Very satisfied with the product and the customer service. I bought this for my nine years old and she loves it. She has been practicing every day. Amazing customer service, the middle rods of the net didn’t fit in the middle hole but when I contacted the seller, they were very helpful and send me a replacement within four days.

It’s ok for a child. DO NOT expect to use this as an adult who is serious about tennis. The machine is only capable of a light toss…you need to be within 6-8 feet of the net because of how weak the ball thrower is.
