Highly Recommend but remember it's a Precision Tool, Treat with Care.
Was concerned at first given the other reviews mentioning the issues they had with the articulating breaking after the first couple of uses (seemed more so on this 10ft model compared to the 5ft). But at the price point i couldn't pass it up, however I did opt for the 3 year insurance just incase.Making sure the cable was laid properly was a little awkward and honestly i was probably overly cautious, but the overall use of the scope was simply fantastic.I had spent literally hours the day before trying to retrieve a wash cloth down a shower drain that was stuck past 2 90 degree bends. Using this, the drain was clear and every thing put away in 45mins. The image was crystal clear, operating the articulating camera took a little getting used to but honestly not that bad, and the hook attachment was sturdy enough hold and retrieve without bending or breaking like the cheaper models. Only downside i did notice is the cover on the cable started to get chewed up so will probably have to rewrap eventually. All in all, highly recommend this product but keep in mind it is a precision tool and should be treated with a little more care.

Works as described, nice storage case, rougher cavities do damage to the cable
I use this to help scope out cavities for pulling wires. It works as described with left/right articulation of the head allowing you some additional ability to move around nails and debris. The case is a very nice compact design for storing everything. My big complaint is the durability of the cable, rough surfaces do damage to this, and I've had to wrap portions with electrical tape.

Gets to the bottom of problems
This borescope has come in handy to diagnose some plumbing issues we've had in our home. Being long with an articulating head makes moving along turns in drain pipes much easier. We had a leak in our ceiling downstairs and were able to use this tool to identify a section of the shower drain line that had a break along a coupling. Without this tool, we would have had to open the ceiling to identify the issue. While we still had to open up the ceiling to do the repair, the boroscope confirmed the problem and made us comfortable that opening up the ceiling was the right move. The picture from the scope takes some time to understand as the orientation inside pipe can change quickly. The wheel that allows the camera head to turn is a useful feature with helps keep orientation and and investigate issues more precisely. The LED lights are adjustable which is nice to keep good contrast on the section of the pipe we're looking at.Do note that with the longer cable, the unit does become pretty bulky. It comes in a nice carrying case but getting all the cable back into the case takes some time. Our next project would be using this to identify the source of a leak in our car radiator.

Good image good articulation
So much better than DEPSTECH crap I bought before twice but you still take a hit on shorter distance (by far) but the long Bluetooth cameras failed anyway after so many feet. This thing rocks and is one of the longest articulators I could find for the best price. Nice carrying case, great image. My only gripes are : not long enough, the power on light on the scopes display shines right in your eye as your trying to see the display, no camera lens cap and wish they’d have some sort of marker on cam lens or display indicating the 12:00 position. cause it would sure help telling you up from down. I kept thinking after testing it why couldn’t they have just added that one more articulating filament to the snake/cable tip allowing for up/down camera tip (camera) articulation for the ultimate visual control and maneuverability???Oh well , I guess we still would have to pay Olympus/Stryker type prices for that luxury feature . So close. Oh well maybe a few years
