Good, but too large for the AF300
These are fine, but are a bit too large for the Ninja AF300 and the sides fold in when cooking, covering the food. They'll be far better in the Ninja Max AF400. Still, they're probably the best fitting ones out there until someone makes one dedicated to this size machine.
