So I needed to lower my keyboard for my desk to be ergonomically correct and this did the trick. The clamps are metal and are very sturdy. I've used it a month or so and it's been great. Enough room for a keyboard and mouse with a little to spare.Great solution!

Like others who reviewed this item, I would have liked a one-piece shelf, but I assume it was designed this way to save packaging size and cost. Assembly is quick and easy. Tray is solid and slides well. The cubby drawer is tiny and a bit cheesy, but is good for holding pens, thumb drives, etc. The best part is, it's a good match for my desk. I just wish the two halves of the tray matched each other better. I can recommend this item.

Nothing much to say. It lowers your desk to a comfortable height and is extremely useful, at least for me.It's pretty sturdy but I prefer not to open it all the way cause I hear some clicks when I do but it still works fully opened.Overall highly recommended if your desk is too high.

They sent two left hand side mounts not a right and a left so I had to modify the bracket to make it work. Other than that it is working exactly as advertised.

I really like this. I was surprised how beefy the metal for the brackets are. Like everyone else said, it’s two pieces, which doesn’t bother me.I gave it four stars because they should have included locking washes and washers with the hardware so I won’t have to worry about the bolts coming loose over time. Also, while the sliding mechanism seems strong, it doesn’t support the entire bottom of the shelf, so it is kind of off balanced moves slightly.
