Ain't It the Life: Valens Heritage, Book 6

Sneaky, sneaky lycans. This was a great entry in the series. Tons of stuff blowing up spectacularly, lots of action in and out of bed, funny snarky dialogue. I loved it. I've really enjoyed seeing the same events from several perspectives. Now I want to see JJ and Penny's book.

It's funny I like this series.I like mike's story because of mike!!! His a cool as MCI like SJ because of his girl's personalities andHow they make him act and stuff.I like troy cuz of his girl's personalities as well.Although all 3 MC girls are rated the same for me they are all 10s in personalities and story.But for MC it goes in this orderMikeTroySjAlthough I like them all mike's story is the best followed by troy then sj.

I am enjoying the Valens Heritage series more with each new novel! Lots of great action, compelling characters, and a twisty plot!

I am really enjoying the heritage series as much as the original series. I look forward to finding out if Steve becomes president or not and all the action due to ensue.

I really enjoy reading this author's books the scenery and the way the people in the story interact with each other are well thought out and are very entertaining. there is Intrigue there's also a little bit of mystery and a lot of Adventure and funny situations. the bad guys are well written and you love to hate them. there are extreme adult situations in the book and also there are Romance is well done and not over the top filled with spicy scenes for me that's a little bit of a turn off when there's a lot of scenes of spicy scenes because that takes away from the story and doesn't really add to it but the one or two spots in this story does add to the romance as well as giving you a good idea of a loving family. sorry for the run-on sentence I had a lot of fun reading this series and it continues to be entertaining looking forward to the next book.

Alternate universe, harem adult situations, magic, urban fantasyTroy Valens and his wives get assigned to protect Steve Bryson, who is running for President. Plenty of action. Fun. Recommended.

I've read the entire Valens story line and this is the first book that I think got really deep into the antagonists side of the story. Normally these stories are pretty light hearted and the author doesn't give the bad guy too much page space. Enough to show that the bad guy is clearly opposed to the good guys, so it's ok that the good guys win.This novel does a deep dive into the lives and motivation of the bad guys and all the darkness that they bring. I had to put it down a few times, for a few hours each time, because the story was just too dark for the holiday.But I had faith in the Valens clan and they did not disappoint.

So as always, all the nuts and bolts of the narrative work, and well! As this book ties into the last one with a similar time line, I can only imagine it must of been difficult to keep everything concurrent and moving, without it feeling like a stutter step or 2. This book just really shows how much fun it is to watch Sean's kids grow up and really come into their own. Also, it interesting how all three boys/men each show a fifteenth aspect of their father with a little bit of their mom thrown in for good measure. So well written, it was an absolute delight to read this!

I'm a huge fan of the Valens series and so far only one book (SJ's) I found kind of eh. As a second book from Troy's perspective it's a great addition to the ongoing story. We get to see a different side of the campaign trail as well as some interesting perspectives from the baddies and victims.Writing wise it's OK, I think it could use another edit as there were a few mistakes but nothing major. The romp side waskind of weak in this one with only one sex scene, but it was a good one, I'll be honest Mr Stryvant is a standout in that regard, I usually skip-read those in other books but the Valens' sex lives are presented flawlessly.Can't wait for the next Mihalis book, hopefully it'll be just as surprising in coming out as this one was, prolific as the author is, I have no doubts. :)

Another Troy story, gives another perspective from the previous book and more. fleshed out new characters and old faces make the story interesting and enjoyable. Would recommend giving the whole Valens series a read. Big fan of Valens Legacy.

I parts from the previous book, but from Troy's point of view, made it feel repetitive as I'd read the previous book right before reading this. Much prefer the Mihalis books.

Next generation of Valens family continues with Troy and co in Washington dc against crooked politicians,devels and excons with revenge against lycans.

One of my favourite series since book one Black Friday. There is plenty of action in all of the books. I'm looking forward to the next book.
