Does its job
The instructions in Engrish are a bit basic but if you already know how inverters work then you can set it up fairly easily. I got this to power a well pump for an off-grid cattle water trough. 4x 6v 100ah golf cart batteries running 24v dc to 220v ac to a 1.5kw pump. Currently running 400 watts of solar to keep it topped off. Solar charging kicks in and manages itself regardless of whether the inverter is “on” which is nice. Multiple readouts on input and output is also good to see. Does a good job providing power to the pump, no issues whatsoever. It just works. Have not tried hooking it to the grid so cannot comment as to that feature.

It either works or doesn't. If it doesn't good luck...
I got two of these; one worked, and the other didn't. It misread voltages and had alarms that beeped constantly.Customer service was the worst I have ever had (there was no US number to call, and communication was only through email). Initially, the company seemed helpful, but in reality, they delayed and delayed until I gave up.There is no customer empathy, and I will never buy from them again.[update] The 2nd one just died after barely a year.

10KW all in one package.
Works well. I have it connected to 6KW of solar power and 30 KW of LiFePO4 battery power. It has supplied full power to our house with no issues. It replaced a pair of Growatt 3K all in one inverters that were on rare occasion a bit too small for our power demand. I use a variable speed inverter heat pump HVAC, a heat pump water heater, a microwave, and a heat pump dryer, (gas stove). Through two Hurricane power outages, the lights stayed on, even powered a fridge next door.

Data logger
Any trick in getting data logger installed? Ordered logger from PowerMr web page for 10k inverter. One green light on logger comes on nothing else. Contacted PowerMr support and they want a picture of it not working.

So far so good
I hope I don't jinx it by putting in a good review, but it has been great so far. Running for about 5 months now. It even has enough oomph to run my 6hp air compressor.Update:Having had it up and running for about 7 to 8 months now, I was really satisfied with its performance. Especially on the inverter side. There is always plenty of power coming from the unit. The problem I'm having is on the charging end. For unknown reasons the unit has stopped charging properly. It used to keep the batteries full at all times going into a sort of float charging mode. Now it only charges sporadically with no rhyme or reason. I have checked solar panel output and it is getting plenty of power from the panels. Even when I hook a generator up to it. It still does the same thing, so it's not a power in issue. It often lets the batteries go down to zero before it starts charging again. Sometimes I can get it to start charging if I turn it off then turn it back on. However, that does not always work and obviously it is a pain in the neck if I'm trying to have an automated system. Sometimes the unit will make a squealing noise when it goes into the charging mode as if one of the fans is binding up, but that is clearly not the cases. I can hear the fans roaring. I have not changed any of the settings since I had installed it so nothing has changed. I have gone back and rechecked the settings to make sure they were all correct. I later tried changing the settings to see if maybe a different charge rate would help. No luck. The unit worked great for the first 6 or 7 months and is now worthless to me.

Good price for the feature, does what it should
A bit of a misunderstanding with this item but the company reached out and it’s sorted out. The unit I am running was easy to install and runs very efficiently. Switchover from utility to battery is almost instantaneously and you barely see a flicker. Charging of batteries from utility it’s pretty quick. Can’t wait to get my solar panels connected and see how it does.

Does not grid tie. Very inefficient.
Lists grid tie as an option, doesnt tell you its not certified for your country, it wont even try.Liars! Tech support told me to buy a diff model after lots more lies.Uses 75 watts in standby, 270ish in any other mode, wont stay turned off if solar makes 10 watts it turns the whole unit on.Uses a ton of energy in idle. Not impressed. Also does not allow for 6ga wire for input or output of ac like claimed. I tried coarse and fine stranded. No way.Lots of features that do work. Seems to charge well but doesnt make full use of solar, my other brands make 20% more.Inverter seems reliable and powerful.Started a 5hp compressor and ran for several mins while i had 400 watt lights and several hundred watts of computers and tvs on.Build has 0/1 ga wire off 12 100ah gels.
