This light therapy lamp is a fantastic addition to my routine. The 10,000 lux brightness and customizable settings—including three color temperatures and a timer—make it incredibly versatile. I love the controller and the extra USB for charging. Beautiful design and quality.

I love these. I got two of them and have them on either side of my computer screen. I like the way these look on my desk. I use them when I'm on video conference and they do a nice job of illuminating my face. I like the remote for easy touch control. One remote works for both of them. I mostly use the two brightest color options. The darkest one is a bit too orange for me. I have noticed that, after using these, my mood is a bit better. So they seem to function well as light therapy, but I haven't gone through a winter with them yet. Overall, I'd say these are quality products and have good value for the money.

Overall, I love this lamp and use it every day. It has 3 different color tones to mimic natural light, 4 different brightness settings, and 4 different timer settings if you want it to shut off on its own. It was easy to set up, works well, and doesn't get hot after leaving it on for a while.The downside, and the reason for only 4 stars, is that you have to use the included remote to do anything other than to turn it on and off (there's an on/off button on the lamp). A couple days after I got the lamp I lost the remote, and had no way to adjust the settings, there's not even a phone app you can download, it's all on the remote. I ended up buying 2 more remotes from the same company so I wouldn't have that problem again, and I put them in different parts of my room so I'm always near one if I want to change the settings. It's not a deal breaker, but at this price point they could've designed it better or included 2 remotes because you're bound to lose one sooner or later.

It’s pretty and it’s great since it’s small, I can move it very easily. Also easy to set up and I like that I can adjust brightness, it definitely gives warmth to brightness and I like that it’a also good quality materials!

I have ADHD and seasonal depression, so I thought I might try a try out a circadian rhythm lamp. Well, it’s been about a week since delivery and I really am enjoying it so far!The lamp itself is both brighter and taller than expected. Size-wise, I would say that the lamp is about as tall as a standard table lamp with a shade. Now, the brightness can completely brighten up a room on the highest setting. I mainly keep it on the lowest setting but the brightness intensity is still a nice positive!Now for ADHD and seasonal depression, circadian rhythm lamps have been shows in studies to reduce symptoms. Right now it is summer and too early for seasonal depression. However, for ADHD it has made waking up and falling asleep easier.The one downside I would say is that the lamp itself can only turn on/off. Only the remote can adjust the settings. If you lost the remote, the settings could not be changed again. So…make sure not to lose it!
