I was hesitant to purchase this, based on the lack of reviews. But the gamble really paid off. It’s perfect. Easy and quick to assemble (it took us about an hour, including staking it to the frozen ground), easy to move even when it’s assembled. Lots of room inside. I fit five saucer chairs with ottomans, a full size acrylic coffee table, two mini side tables, a projector and projector screen, two 3 (or 4) foot Christmas trees, and an electric fireplace in there.I had one issue, in which I was exceptionally rude to customer service ( this isn’t an excuse, but it was the week before Christmas, and a super stressful time of the year), and they were incredibly patient with me, constantly communicating with me, and putting up with my terrible pre-holiday attitude. It turned out that the issue was 100% a Fed Ex issue, not in any control of the seller. In hindsight, I feel incredibly bad and the seller STILL offered me a voucher for the inconvenience. We did not have any issues with missing pieces, or functionality, but if we did-I am confident their customer service would immediately take care of any problem, which is the worth the price alone. As far as durability- we’ve only had it up for a few weeks, but everything seems to be working fine. With all the snow we’ve had, the roof remains sturdy, and it miraculously stayed put during a wind storm. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy one, and will update this review if anything negative comes along.

The media could not be loaded. The igloo arrived in perfect condition with all necessary parts. It took 2 adults about 2 hours to assemble. It did not come with lights or garland- we added that! The zipper is slightly tough to open because it is a very heavy duty zipper and thick. Overall it’s been an amazing addition to our Christmas decor. We have 2 couches, a coffee table, chair, and a small space heater fire place in the dome. The kids love playing in there and it definitely keeps the wind and cold out. Space heater and blankets are necessary if you want to be comfortable in 30-40 degree weather. No complaints! We love our igloo. PS it will be staying up for months because it’s hard to set up and take down. Definitely not a quick thing to put up or take down.

We love this and is fun to hang out in. We have put it on our deck and it gives us an opportunity to hang outside this winter. The only problem we have with it is the difficulty with the instructions and how to put it together. The materials seem of good quality.Added to review: We had a really bad ice storm and blizzard here in the mid west. Our igloo held up like a champ. We really enjoy hanging out in this on cold days. Would recommend this!

Dome arrived promptly after ordering. Packaging was organized and parts very well marked for assembly. During set up, you do have to pay attention as the poles are slightly different sizes. Dome is very sturdy. Had 2 days of high winds and sand bags kept the Dome in place. The inside is very spacious, and we are very happy with our purchase. Looking forward to using it more during the winter months.

I have order 3 other geodesic domes from other companies before and have returned each of them due to poor or poorly fitting materials. The PVC pieces that come with this tent are awesome! They have mechanisms that allow you push down and release the PVC pipe with out twisting or pulling. Each of the last tents I took apart to return were only PVC fitting into PVC, so to take them apart, I had to twist and pull and they gave me blisters on my hands. Some of the other tents’ covers were too small to fit over the frame nicely. This tent cover fits perfectly! We’ve had it up for 2 months is the PA winter with snow and rain and wind and it has lasted perfectly with some deck anchors (it comes with different types of anchors but we needed something specific for our composite deck so we didn’t have to drill holes). The only thing I wish was that we could purchase the 12 foot mesh cover separately so that we can enjoy it on the summer without sweating.

Its new to use right now, but will say it was fairly easy to assemble. Took a few minutes to figure out the steps (only showed pictures - simple written steps would help confirm what you see) .It is roomy and the cover is pretty good. Strong and clear. Need to use it for a bit to have a better review.Since we do not intend on leaving it up year round it would be nice if there was a storage system (duffle bag type container) to house everything in the off season.
