Great product
I wish I'd found these sooner. I've done kettlebells on and off for a while and always struggle with my wrists. These are great for clean & press exercise. I always struggle with my left wrist with any weight bearing exercises but these seem to help support it and I get much less discomfort as well as protecting the front of your wrist/forearm from the kettlebell.

Necessary protection for Kettlebell exercises
Pavel may think it's fine to subject your wrists and forearms to repeated impacts from cast-iron weights. Personally, I'm not so convinced, and words like 'Stress-Fracture', 'Cartilage Damage' and 'Arthritis' come to mind but hey, we're all adults and everybody has to make up their own mind on these matters. These arm protectors work really well for me. They are just cheap, elasticated towling wrist bands with plastic inserts that absorb most of the impact: quality isn't high and I doubt that they will last forever, but they do their job magnificently and I can now perform various one-arm presses without subjecting my arms to repeated shocks. I view them in a similar way to ear-plugs which are cheap bits of foam, but that ought to be used in the appropriate circumstances if you value your hearing - likewise these are 'consumables' which similarly protect your healthI'm going to be ordering a few more pairs of these protectors so I've got spares for when the current ones wear-out.

Does the job
Does the job of protecting against kettlebells, but only when I turn them the wrong way around. Have had wrist guards without plastic reinforcement for many years, but they wore out and needed replacing, so I tried these reinforced ones instead, but found the plastic reinforcement inside actually made exercise more painful. I can still use them though, and it's not too much in the way when I wear them with the plastic towards the inner arm instead. The knitted stuff provides good protection in itself, and is much more flexible & comfortable.

but they good value for money and will do the trick
These wrist guards are ok. The plastic isn't quite tough enough for any seriously heavy stuff, but they good value for money and will do the trick.

These are brilliant and as an instructor of kettlebells I've found these ...
These are brilliant and as an instructor of kettlebells I've found these a really good aid (in the learning phase) as some people are scared of banging their wrists in the early stages whilst they are perfecting their technique, using these gives them the confidence to practice know they are not going to get hurt plus I wear mine to protect my watch very comfortable and washable too 😁

Good product
A good product which arrived promptly. The fabric is very soft and elasticated, however it is dark grey not white as it looks on the photo. They are comfortable to wear and stop my forearms getting bruised while I improve my technique.

Does the job well
Great. Just given these their 1st try out and they worked a treat. Stopped the pain of the bell on your forearm and let me mop the sweat off my face without having to stop. Hope they survive the battering I'm going to give them!
