LEITERN White 5-Tiered Ladder Shelf Bookcase Display Unit

Very pleased with this item. My reason for four stars is that the price of ladder shelves is scandelous. I would have liked to have paid at least £10 - £15 quid less, but to be honest this is the best price I have found them. Some are extortionate! Good item and like that it is movable.

It is nice but for the money I spent I was expecting something slightly more refined. The lateral holes for the screws are bigger than the screws themselves, so the darker unrefined wood can be seen from the side. Other than this little detail, it is pretty solid IF you nail the last shelf to the wall.

The shelves look good but, judging by the picture, I was expecting it to look a bit better. The edges of the wood parts don't fit as nicely as I expected (they seem to blend in really well in the picture, but the joints and screws are really noticeable in the real world).I also had issues assembling it as one of the parts snapped (despite following their assembly instructions). Ive asked for a replacement part, which was sent straight away - thumbs up for their customer service.Once assembled, the shelves seem very sturdy look good.All in all, it is a good buy if you are not interested on the looks, but it is not so good if you are concerned about little finishing touch details.

Not as straightforward to put together as you would think it ought to be (but that may have just been me!) but once made it's look absolutely lovely and something different from the usual style of display cabinet/shelving unit.

It's ok. Easy to put up but its a bit cheap looking, and you can't put too much weight on the shelves. I bought this for my cookery books in the kitchen, moved it to the bedroom for bits and bobs but it just looked a bit naff. It's now in the downstairs coat cupboard with shoes on it.

This is just a really great buy, which has solved my hi-fi and book storage using a really small amount of floor space. The shelves are sturdy, it was easy to assemble...the only flaw is the weakness where the side supports fix together, if it was one length of wood either side it would be a perfect product. Nevertheless, providing you hold and support it when moving it, it's perfectly stable and sturdy stationery.

Delivered quickly on the day & time specified. Despite the assembly being recommended as a 2 person job I managed it on my own. My daughter very happy with it.

Very good value for money and just the right size for my daughter's bedroom.Fairly easy to assemble.Only slight fault design is that the screws are very visible.
