Nellies All-Natural Laundry Soda

Totally loved this detergent, no smell whatsoever! finally can do the laundry without having to air the house for 1 hour due to my previous ariel pods which were too smelly of perfume and made me itchy.Super easy to use, leaves clothes clean and with no smell. Plus doesn't damage the environment.Only bad thing was packaging, the tin was a bit bent on one side, works but maybe next time try to package it better as the tin is gorgeous and would love to reuse it.

The product itself is excellent. I’ve been using Nellie’s for a while now and it’s definitely the best detergent I’ve tried. Laundry is super clean, bright and soft. No need to add fabric softener.Unfortunately this order was poorly packed. There was no padded protection and the tin was so badly damaged it was unusable, hence the 4 star rating.

This washing powder is wonderful. Natural, unscented and gets my cloths very clean. I have a reaction to synthetic chemicals and fragrances. Personally I find the synthetic scents used horrid. I do not know what damage they do to us and the environment. Its impossible, however, imagining every body giving up there toxic air fresheners and wash powders etc etc. This product is the best. I only wish a UK company made this simple effective formula. The tin is retro, cute and keeps it dry. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. But if you like your clothes to smell of frightening things and have built up dodgy residue its not for you. The clothes just smell clean!!

Really love the laundry soda but the oxygenator just does not wash away so I am left with white solids on my pillow cases and need to do another 1 or 2 water washes to get rid of it, I wish the normal tins never went out of stock and take months to deliver, looking forward to getting the original stuff back.

Having switched to Nellies, I now have a broken 3 year old miele washing machine!!I was sold on the pitch about less product left in clothes, better for environment and less ingredients. But I now know high street washing powder have significantly more water softeners in them which help protect the heating elements.Without this my heater has broken. It was £125 for callout and fix! I did share with Nellies but they weren't interested!!Take heed and stay away.. not worth the risk!!!
