First off... know that I bought them and have used. There's no way I'm not going to use them. The support you get is incredible. Not circulation cutting off type support, but strong reliable support with every movement. Sizes run true, just make sure you measure how it's instructed and you'll wonder why you never bought them before. Rehband makes only the highest quality supports and sleeves and I know they are pricey but believe me they are worth every penny... you don't have to have elbow issues to use them but I cant asdure you, you won't if you do use them. Buy them, use them and you can't go wrong.

Fit as advertised but I expected and needed more support from a 5mm. Isn't going to help your elbows much on a heavy bench press. I returned it and went with a more supportive product.

Definitely enabled me to lift through my elbow tendinitis with less pain. No irritation or anything. It Can get a bit tight as the blood flows into the muscles during exercise. I’m already using an XL, so not sure what I’ll do as I gain a bit more muscle mass.

These braces work great. They fit snug and provide plenty of support. I use them for both elbow support and for my golfer's elbow. I have been using them for years and they are built to last.

The main difference between these two products is the design. The RX Elbow Sleeve 5mm offers a patented 4-panel anatomical design to ensure a good fit and prevent slippage during exercise. The 2-panel design is a simpler design that also provides good support but may not be as comfortable for some athletes.For me, the RX was way too small when compared to the same size RX Original sleeve.

These are very well crafted and protect elbows from chaffing and contact injury. They also provide compression which some people find important for their activities.
