Delicious taste
They seem to work well for me. I usually take some brand of magnesium glycinate fairly regularly and these keep me fairly regular, ha! But these little gummy dreams taste amazing. Yes, mine stick a little, but maybe because I live in SoCal they don't get stuck together like others have complained about. I will definitely be buying again!

Vitamins are great but always clump together
I do like these vitamins, the taste is good, they’ve helped improve my sleep and athletic performance. The only complaint I have is they always come clumped together and it takes forever to get them unstuck to each other.

I've tried several Magnesium Glycinate Gummies and these are the best. They taste great and have made a huge difference in my ability to STAY asleep! I still take melatonin every night but can now sleep past 3:23 a.m. Menopause is a beast!

Good, but the pieces were melded together.
Tasty, and seems to do what magnesium glycinate is supposed to do, but, when it arrived, everything was sort of melted and melded together. Not ideal.Edited - I'm changing the rating to a "3" , because the clumping is so inconvenient.i have small hands, but it is still difficult to reach into the bottle and separate. If I can find a comprable magnesium gummy, that's what I'll be ordering next time.

Bad taste in recent bottles
I’ve gone through 4 bottles. Great taste and effective for sleep improvement. However, the most recent bottle the gummies have a really bad taste at first, like they are coated in something nasty. All bottles have stuck together in a clump. I use a fork to pull them out.
