This mat is a really good size, and great quality wool. It makes a big difference in my pressing, I highly recommend it.

These wool mats works more efficiently than a traditional ironing board. It helps create seams that are crisp and flat while reducing overall pressing time. I have 4 of these now. I love how easily they attach together to create a larger pressing area and they are small enough that I can pack them and take them with me when I travel. I use mine almost daily.

Love how easy it is to add additional mats! It does smell slightly when heated but it is wool. And it’s really not bad. Overtime it is getting less smelly.

I love this mat and have just today purchased my second one with plans to buy two more. I have a beautiful sewing table and I have been concerned about damage to it by moisture and heat because of locating my mat(s) on my table. So far, after 6 months of nearly daily use, there’s been no hint of damage likely because of the high quality of the mat. The literature that accompanied the mat advises one to place it on a heatproof surface! I’ve been looking for the right thing (no one offered advice but when I queried Amazon the answer readily appeared and so I purchased some Teflon sheets from Amazon (16x20 each). Very affordable, reusable, can be trimmed, and washable. In addition to giving me confidence about protecting my table from heat and moisture they address my issue with starch hitting my table!!

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I like how you can put them together to make it larger .

Having a pressing pad right next to the sewing machine is so handy as you are sewing and quilting. No more jumping up to go to the ironing board. It is thick, so the heat and steam from the iron will not damage the sewing surface.

Love the wool mats. And I love that I can connect them to be as big as I need as I grow.
