ZWILLING J.A. Henckels 4-Stage Pull Through Knife Sharpener

I’m so happy with this sharpener! I had purchased a famous knife brand one which made my knives even duller (really strange :() so I returned that and got this one. This made even my cheap, 20 year old knives cut like brand new quality knives! I sharpened my old, cheap paring knives and then cut apples and tomatoes with them and it was like cutting through butter! I like that it has an Asian knife option since I just purchased a santoku knife. It’s super easy to use with good, comfortable ergonomic design. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for. Adequate for routine sharpening and easy to use. But not whetstone results. Still, a lot less effort and time than using a whetstone. Seems to do a better job on Western knives than Japanese knives.

Excellent knife sharpener! Easy to use blade type indicator;well made with a substantial base. Not flimsy like other handheld sharpener. 4 strokes on coarse & fine settings easily sharpen my santoku.

First time knife sharpener user and I like that this comes from a trusted brand in cutlery and that it had a good review on Forbes as to why I decided to buy it. I cut steaks with a breaking knife / scimitar at least once a month and really needed this sharpener to make the job easier. Last night I got more steaks cut from the same amount of roasts than I usually get, so am one happy customer! RECOMMEND

I was expecting better. Does not sharpen as well as a lot of cheaper versions which actually work much better than this one. Not worth the money.

Used as a quick sharpener at work. Held up very well and sharpened all knives I used it on to acceptable levels.
