In-line KDF water filter cartridge - 12 Month filter life, drinking water filter compatible for all filter systems using 1/4" tubing

Been using this filter on an under the sink system on my narrowboat for over 4 years now. Just bought my annual replacement. It is so easy to fit, literally 2 minutes. It works as it should and provides clean, clear water without any taste.

I installed this filter under my kitchen sink and connected to a three-way tap that I bought separately. Earlier I had been using Brita jugs but always forgot (or got lazy) to refill the jug. I have tried other cheap activated carbon filters bought off ebay but they don't improve the taste to the same level as Brita and my wife always went back to the Brita jug. Moreover those cheap ebay filters never lasted more than a month (even though they claimed 90 days period).With the Universal KDF filter the taste is even better than Brita and after 3 months its still going strong. When the filter is first installed the difference is barely noticable even after plenty of flushing (which seemed like a waste of water)..however, with time the taste improved superbly.Once my current filter runs out, I now know what to order :)

Came with sealing ends pushed in after 15min struggle managed to get them out(-1 star). Simple inline filter like freezer ones push fit installation just two times more expensive than cheaper ones probably paying for clear plastic to see whats inside filter( -1 star for price) total 3 stars.Filtered water tastes same as with my previous filter for 5-8 £.

Very easy to fit, working fine after a month. Lasts for 12 months, longer than cheaper filters. Still a bit pricey hence the 4 stars.

The water filter arrived on time. It was easy to fit in place of the old one which had been fitted by the previous home owner. Much better also has it is guaranteed to work for 12 months not one as the previous one. Cost more but well worth it. Ran the 20 litres through it to flush it as instructed. The drinking water definitely is far better. I will most certainly replace it in 12 months from this seller.

It did not fit what I wanted to use it for. I have returned it but my money has not been paid back

Have had the cheaper filters in the past but having read the reviews for this. I decided to try it, even though twice the price because reviews said that it filtered more out than cheaper versions. You can definitely taste the difference, so much better. The only downside is that the water comes through slower than the previous ones that I have had. I can only think that this is due to the water passing through more levels of filtration. I am quite happy to put up with this though if it means that the water tastes even better.

Delivered next day by prime. Easy instructions. Just remove blue covers at each end and insert water tubes. I like the see-through casing so you can see the different filter stages.In summary it was simple to install and it works. Great price also.
