Such a clever simple idea
This product made my task of making a five tier naked wedding cake so easy, the cake was based on a lemon drizzle recipe. This saved me from having to grate a mountain of lemons for both the cakes and the drizzle syrup. Would of been a massive five but the zest had semi defrosted when it was delivered and refroze into a solid lump which I had to chip away at

no more grated fingers
After many years oh having to grate the peel of 3 lemons for my favorite lemon drizzle cake and always managing to catch my fingers, along comes this wonderful tub of lemon zest that someone has gone to the trouble of grating for me........happy days 😁
