The secret is getting FAUX pampas. Real pampas feel more fuzzy and shed a lot. The faux look more, smooth and luxurious. Doesn't shed. Only shedding that occurred was when I first opened it, and was fluffing it out. After that --nothing! The color ordered was Ivory and its gorgeous. Clean and blends in with everything. When my friends see it, they love it and I've shared the link to purchase numerous times. You won't be disappointed.
