Replaced My Lockly Smart Lock With This.
I will be comparing this against my previous intelligent door lock, a Lockly Smart Door Lock. I accidentally purchased the version of the Lockly without the fingerprint. Even then, the Lockly was far more expensive. Due to the keypad's cycling numbers, entering our passcode was annoying. Most of the time, we used Bluetooth to unlock the door, which was very hit-or-miss. We got into a habit of rapidly pressing the unlock button to ensure the door would unlock. The Kissty Lock fixed all of that. There are so many ways to unlock it that you're bound to find one that works for you.The installation of the Kissty lock was far more straightforward than the Lockly lock. I only needed to remove the old lock, and two screws later, the Kissty lock was installed. The included bolt assembly didn't work with my door because the handle was set too far from the edge of the door, but I reused my old door bolt. There were no instructions in the box, but there are plenty of videos on YouTube showing the installation of this lock. The door handle was bi-directional, so it could easily be installed on the left or right side. The build quality was also excellent and had a nice weight to it. The only problem I noticed was that the battery door had a little bit of play in it.The APP can sometimes be a little buggy, but the setup was a breeze. I quickly added multiple fingerprints and NFC cards without any issues. At first, I was a bit annoyed at how short the Bluetooth range was but later realized that this may be an advantage for security. Someone would have to walk up to your door to hack the Bluetooth rather than from the safety of their car. It's easier to hide suspicious activities while sitting in your vehicle. The NFC and fingerprint reader have worked flawlessly for my daughter and me. My wife has very shallow fingerprint grooves and has had issues with the fingerprint reader. She generally uses the NFC tag or passcode to open the door. Note that there was no number nine or zero on the keypad, so we had to get extra creative while making a passcode. The fingerprint can also be very sensitive to orientation and pressure. To fix this, I registered my fingerprint while gripping the door how I would naturally grip it while opening it. It's a great lock, and I'm glad to get rid of my non-fingerprint-enabled Lockly lock.

Lock with a ton of functionality, but lacks installation manual
This is a lock with a ton of functionality in terms of the number of ways in which you can open the lock. The thing that I like the most is the fact that all of that setup happens via the phone app (this is a Bluetooth lock though, so make sure you have your phone near the lock when you are doing all of the setup - I never had any trouble with the communication as long as I was near the lock) - you can set up the fingerprints, passcodes (even temporary ones for guests), register cards, and so on. The app also allows you to register these for each family member (everybody does need to have their own account though) to organize them well. Our family has already been using the Tuya smart platform on other things though, so that was actually a plus for us in that the same smart platform is being used. The quality of the handles themselves are also very good - this is replacing one where the handle was plastic (for the battery cover) - this is metal all the way through. The reason for my star off is the fact that the manual is very lacking. For one, there was no installation manual for the lock (I tried to go back and see if the link to the video or something was provided, even in the product description, but I didn't see any). I have done a few of them myself, so I was able to do it, but I do think this will be problematic for somebody who has never done an installation before. The setup-related manual was included, but it also lacks some subtle details - for instance, I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to register cards in terms of placement during the process.Given all of the available functionality, this product would absolutely be a 5-star for me if they would start including better instruction manuals (or, at least have a link to the installation/setup videos in some more obvious way). I haven't had any issue with getting the door to unlock (fingerprints can be a bit finicky, but a second/third try has always done the trick for me, and I also am not sure if I just have to be better during the setup process) so far either, so this has been a very big win for me.

Easy setup, buggy software
Edit: I wanted to provide an update to my review. Normally after I use an item for a prolonged period, I will normally try to provide an update on my experience. The item worked properly and was functioning up until today. I wasn't able to get the issues resolved with the app. When I tried to pair it with the application, it would have problems connecting. Today, I got home from taking my son to school and tried to get into my room, but I was unable to. The device would constantly beep and wouldn't scan my finger. I figured at first it may have been a low battery problem, so I let the doorknob charge for about four hours. I disconnected the device from the power cable and tried again, same issue. The device will constantly blink randomly and won't read my fingerprint. I tried multiple times. I've attempted to reset the device and taking the doorknob apart and unplugging it directly and none of these steps worked. I cannot recommend this product if it can't last more than a year.Starting off, this is a nice door lock. I wanted to test this device out because I needed something new for my bedroom. The door lock seems very sturdy and is basically the same installation as any other doorknob that you would install. The fingerprint reader that is built into the door lock is a great addition as well. Also, having an application that can control the lock and add other users as well makes the setup easier. Now to discuss the negatives of this door lock. First, the fingerprint reader doesn't work most of the time. I've went through the setup process multiple times, but it doesn't read my fingerprint half of the time I try to unlock the door lock to get into my room. The software doesn't work 100% of the time as well. I feel the application with the door lock needs to be adjusted a bit. There is also a range factor you have to include with the setup. If you're too far from the door lock, the application will not pick up on the door lock. I also believe a manual on how to setup the device should be included. It does come with a manual on how to setup the software, but nothing in regard to installing the hardware itself.Overall, I'm going to continue to test this door lock. If my experience improves, I will update my review.

Works great!
Super fancy biometric door knob keeps the unwanted OUT! Very nice, well made door knob. Easy to follow instructions, and set up. We love it and the fact that it can't be "picked" is comforting. Sleek design that fits almost all decorating styles.

Amazingly Versatile Door Lock
I ordered this door lock to put on the office door in my house. It was very easy to install and connect to the app. The video on Amazon was helpful. The app took a minute to figure out but once I got it the set up process was easy. I love that it has many options for opening the door (fingerprint, key, keycards, number pad, and through the app). I like that it locks automatically so I don't have to worry about whether I locked it when I leave the room and close the door. I was able to add multiple fingerprints without any issue and synch up the key cards easily as well. If I have one complaint, it is that the number pad only goes up to 8 and the password requires at least 6 digits but I understand it would be hard to add extra numbers without making the handle too large. However, I would prefer an easier option like 4 digits since it is only being used to keep the kids out. That being said, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a lock that gives you security and allows you to easily enter and exit a room with many options. Excellent product!!
