EPSCompatible Replacement for Dell 1250c 1350cnw 1355cn High Yield Black Toner Cartridges - 4 pk (BCMY)

Like most people when you order toner online you don't need it quite yet, I just went to install it in my Dell 1355CN and the yellow and cyan cartridges would not latch. After much playing with the Cyan i was able to get it to latch. I am not quite sure what I did to get it to latch but it did. I don't plan on taking the Cyan out. The Yellow went the. same way, but the printer still said there was an issue a restarts fixed it.While I did have some issues the company did contact me and offered a full refund or to replace the toner they had shipped. Since i was able to get it to work, with a little skill and luck I declined the option. The fact that they do stand behind the product so well and the toner does work fine. My printer, shows the levels at about 97% and I have done a bit of printing since I installed them. The printer is working fine with the new toner and my originals, are in the old boxes to be spares, for when they run out and I need to order more.

Surprisingly good results from these EPS compatible black and color toner cartridges. My printing needs generally do not demand OEM quality and I bought these cartridge via Amazon for a bargain price, compared to OEM. I did not expect the high quality printing which these EPS cartridges deliver. Also they pop right in to my Dell printer and it takes the printer only a few seconds to recognize and make the cartridges ready to print. Great quality for a very reasonable cost.

I bought the complete set, but I'm only replacing each color as it runs out. So far no issues. I knocked off on star because of a slight issue; when inserting the cartridge, they don't seem to quite fit perfectly. For example, one cartridge would not lock in place by simply inserting it--I had to push the locking plastic slider into place. Also, the black cartridge flops just a little. Otherwise, though, the printer detected the cartridges just fine and the print quality is good as far as I can tell.The price was great since my kids like to print full color images for school work (and play); much cheaper than official replacement cartridges

Replaced the black cartridge only. Bought the printer in October last year, until now (June 2) the factory supplied toner was used. It finally ran out. Make sure you remove the black tape on the back of the black cartridge, its hard to see. On the colors it's no problem.Cartridge in, printer started immediately to spit out the queed copies.I was concerned that it wouldn't work, these built in chips are tricky. Too bad the price went up, I got it for $44 in October last year.For reference: My unit is a Dell C1765nfw multifunction machine. I'll update if the color cartridges don't work for some reason.

I purchased three of The dell c1760nw printers Initially 2 for work and one for personal home use because I was so impressed with the price and quality of the printer. I read the specs prior to purchase and determined that the cartridges that cams with the unit were not high yield. At the same time of purchase I bought this EPS 4 pk. Let me say the yield and quality are outstanding. The printer has had NO problems with these cartridges as some have stated with aftermarket cartridges. This is by far the best value going. You can't go wrong with this set. A+ and same day shipping in my area make this far better than running errands to buy toner.

UPDATED- took a few days for customer service to respond but made good.Garbage. Printed for a month then "ran out" of toner. Thing is, I hadn't printed very much.Popped the cap beneath the chip and it's still almost full. So, I called customer service number on box and literature; (800) 253-3589, thenemailed [email protected], then the number provided by Amazon (800) 827-3680- this number said you can also text them at (909) 569-3620.finally I also sent them a text. Finally after a few days I receive a text that I should order again and they will credit my account.Went back and forth. Few more days and they decide to issue credit. I went back to the Dell brand.

The print quality seems to be as good as the original ones from Dell. However, the black cartridge print quality diminished a couple of weeks after installing (very light grey instead of black). Sent an email to their customer service and received a response in an hour stating they would send a replacement free of charge. The replacement has worked as expected for the last couple months.I would recommend these cartridges since the company has such responsive customer service, but would advise to have back ups in case one of the cartridges does not function correctly.
