Disc drive wasn't working right, sent it back

The console its self was in good condition but I can't say the same for the controller. On of the trigger buttons (RB) was handing off and when pressed hardly ever works, I've had to buy a new controller

Ordered this to replace a dead xbox one. Arrived in good time, set it all up, contacted seller as I had a slight glitch - turned out to be my HDMI cable. Thumbs up for a prompt response. The 'box has worked perfectly and flawlessly since then, thank you for supplying this item. I've since bought other things from this seller, with equally positive outcomes :)

I'm afraid it's a lesson I've learnt the hard way.. I wont buy anything reconditioned again hoping to save some money. The item was ok for a few weeks but then problems started occurring.. the seller did offer to replace the item but I wanted to wait a little to see if the problems contained.. but now I'm pass the refund period and have had to purchase a brand new xbox to replace this.. a real waste of £100 for me again lesson learnt

WARNING - this product does NOT contain a UK mains power connector. I can plug HDMI from console to TV. I can plug power connector into console.. but can't connect from the big power box 2 pin entry port to mains plug. Had similar bad time with PS2 many years ago, and seems these companies still haven't got their act together for those NOT upgrading from their previous consoles! RIDICULOUS!

Found out that my xbox one controller had bad batteries, replaced them and they became a wireless controller! Everything is working fine for £120ish pounds
