This is exactly what you'd expect from the photos. It's real 3/8 thick solid iron, you can tell by the weight and strength. Welds are real and the piece at top that attaches the two hoops together is thick and welded too. Very strong! The paint is also excellent - seems very durable like it won't chip or peel. Indicated size is accurate but I'm impressed by how much it holds. We use our fireplace insert for supplemental heat and this holds 3 days worth!When I ordered it I had the thought that it might work as a carrier. Nope! It's reasonably comfortable to hold and carry by itself or with just a few pieces of wood in it. But if you fill it up you better be a strong dude to carry this very far with one hand. Maybe get two for balance and train for competition.It looks great and just like the photos - spiraled legs exactly as pictured, very nice looking. I'll say it again, this is solid! Nothing bends or flexes. And there's no worry of it falling over when loaded or unloaded - it's not so narrow or light that any amount of wood will throw it off balance.It came in a remarkably compact box with the hoops flat together and two spacer bars to hold them apart and keep them in place. You just pull the "legs" apart and place the spacer bars. Super easy and there's no feeling that the top attachment piece will crack.We're very pleased with this. It looks great and I'm sure it will last a long time.

Looks great and functions just fine. I don't like the two cross members just laying on it at the bottom though. They are very easy to fall off and honestly don't like staying put if you move it. The top is just a flat piece of metal forged with each side. So when you get the item, you spread each side apart till the lower cross members fit and it just bends the top piece. Don't get me wrong this product looks great but it would be much better if the lower bars were fixed in place. It sits evenly on it's own 4 legs and is just fine if not moved much.

I live in a neighborhood, os this is perfect because I'm not trying to store large amounts of wood outside. After our wood is chopped I would say this holds about 15-20 pieces of wood. It's smaller than I imagined, but it actually works out well for the type of reason I needed it for... just storing wood out on the back deck during the winter when we make fires! Overall, good value for the cost.
