Live At The Hollywood Bowl [Blu-Ray] [2017]

Jeff beck had been around for over half a century, yet many didn't realize he was a master musician, an electric guitar genius, and besides, an wonderful human being. This performance captures Jeff Beck's artistry and shows why all his peers have been and still are looking up to his art. Yes, he was a true artist, not bothered by fame or money, but devoted to his art, which he kept developing until the end.

Great sound, Jeff Beck at his absolute best, his entire career revisited, there is really nothing I dislike about this product.If you are a Jeff Beck fan get this recording, you will appreciate everything about it!!

You should start with "Live in Tokyo" 2014 with a much similar band, but more nerve and sligthly better sound and a more breath taking performance and agile setlist. Then follows as no 2 "Live at Ronnie Scott's", like "Live in Tokyo" better shooting of pictures and more authencity and nerve, and in my opinion both has more typical or better Jeff Beck setlists. "Live at The Hollywood Bowl" is a must have for great fans of Jeff, and very interesting fine list of good guest performance and the final tribute to The Beatles and especially the last set with all top guests on stage giving a fine Jeff version of Prince Purple Rain is a highlight. Prince died shortly ahead of this 2016 concert. If even better sound, and more close up pictures and a little more nerve, the fifth star was given.

Great show and even the newer stuff came across very well.The guest artists add to the power of the overall show. and I have watched it at least 4 times since purchasing it. This is a great companion to his other Blu ray disc recorded live in New York to celebrate Les Paul. Both worthy of 10 stars in my books.

If you like Jeff, then this will blow your skirt up.

What a great concert, sound and picture wise! The camera production doesn't switch every 4 seconds like some music videos do. Beck is in top form as usual, as are his band and guests.

If you see what this guy is doing with his guitar playing you will be mighty supprised. A whole god damn thing is on the superb nouveau which is impossible to imitate ! I confess Jeff Beck is a god of a guitar playing. It must be a littlbit strange that a guitar god dont speak a word during a whole video ! Yes he cannot speak but he can play guitar like nobody else. A whole garniture of stars take a part to ilustrate a 50 years of a career of a genius of Jeff Beck. Aerosmith singer, ZZ TOP guitar player, Beth Hart !!!...Buddy Guy, spectacular Jan Hammer, with a outfit from a groccery store seller, haha, and Two girls in the band One bass player and second One a rhytm guitar player!! I love girls a lott especially girls with guitars. Picture and sound are excellent and a whole atmosphere is a very good and dedicated to performing team of musiccians. In my bad english I can get a satisfaction from this video ! Amen !

Great stuff from the legendary Maestro, with an always impeccable band, and some very special guests. No complaints here. Audio and video are both excellent. This import plays flawlessly in both Xbox Series X, and PS4 so it'll probably work fine in any "Region A" compatible player. If you're a Jeff Beck fan, and you don't own this, you really should go ahead and treat yourself. Cheers!
