These needles are very nice.They are everything I need.They are smooth without snagging spots. They could be slippery for beginnersAfter proving that I am a clumsy crocheter, I needed to prove that I am an even more clumsy knitter.These needles are great for continental knitting so sharp looking straight needles won't stab my dogs. Long needles are scary to me.At least I discovered that I DID know how to knit, however badly.Very badly. I hope to get better.

I bought these to replace the wooden ones I got that lasted barely two months. I wanted to get an inexpensive pair to see how I would do since I’m just starting to knit and these are now my favorite and they glide so smoothly and no snags. Definitely a good set for the price!!

I’m using them to knit a blanket (not in the round) but they’re so wonderful for having room for the blanket without it being all scrunched up. The yarn slides easily but isn’t slippery, and the cord is sturdy and no issues with it catching the stitches or anything. I’m definitely going to use these for all flat and round projects from now on!

I'm new to knitting. I bought these because I want to construct a small blanket without making twelve-inch swatches and having to connect them later.I'm liking the design of the connected loop. But the length of the working needles is ridiculously short. I'm having to constantly stop and readjust more yarn onto the working needle. I may need to use looser knit stitches, I read this is common to beginners.For the low price, its worth dealing with the short needles. This packet has several of the most common sizes the average casual knitter would want to use. Wish the needles were longer and heavier... they feel like hollow aluminum. But you get what you pay for!
