Vidal Sassoon Infra Radiance Hair Straightener

I bought these as a replacement for my old ones that I had which are the exact same model. They are really good as they have adjustable heat control and suit my hair type. The price is extremely good compared to others that are on the market. There was an email from the seller to let me know when they were despatched. Would recommend.

The best straighteners for my thick curly hair. Did not burn my hair but straightened it in two passes. I could hold it close to my head with burning my skin and scalp. It would have nice to an electronic temp indicator instead the dial. Also you have be care that you don't accidentally switch it off by pressing the zero button. Generally i did feel my hair burning and was not dry and brittle.

It straightens well for the price. My main grievance is there is no way of seeing what temperature it is at as it's just a dial with plus and minus.

I really loved these hair straighteners & have been using them happily for a year approx a couple of times a week. However, you couldn't make it up, but literally a year to the day, they have just stopped working mid-use. Though they were inexpensive, I would expect more than a years worth for light usage of a product.

Bought for birthday present and expected delivery on Tuesday 14th December, actually came on Thursday 10th!The hair straighteners were very good quality, and she loves them, but the box was tatty..looked like it had been kicked around the sorting office for a few days at the post office (hahah) apart from that all good.

These spontaneously stopped working after a year and 7 months. They were not used particularly often, and not damaged in any way, they still appear new in fact. They just stopped working, and make a 'fizzing' sound when I try to turn them on, which suggests something faulty in the electrics of the straighteners. Emailed the sellers and got no response. Amazon emailed them twice on my behalf, and no response.

really good, get rid of static in my hair. only down side is that the on/off button is on the handle so you can sometimes turn them off by mistake. I would definitely recommend them if you have fine fly away hair like mine.

Thought for a good brand name like Vidal Sassoon that the product would be of excellent quality. Sadly I was wrong, again, like that one time I got married.
