A quality flask with a choice of 2 tops
Note: The maker supplied a review sample for evaluation, the opinion of the product is my own personal viewI tested the "actual" capacity to be 700ml filled as much as possible with top attachedFor review I looked at the "charcoal" grey version. A good finish on this stainless steel flask glossy paint which seems to be resistant to markings. This comes with 2 tops one has a small pull out spout (making it well suited for drinking directly from the flask) and the other has a more traditional closed top. Both have larger cut out holes for attaching the included metal Carabiner which might come in useful for bags or back packs you can also use it to keep both tops together. There are thick seals on both with some extra sealing on the pull out version I saw no signs of leakage with hot or cold fluids.Being double walled this has some obvious advantages whilst glass is a great insulator if you drop the flask it's "game over" almost always shattering the inner compartment. Using stainless steel is a wise choice it's a strong material and corrosion resistant/easy to clean and maintain. The twin walls separate the internal fluid from the outer case helping to hold the "cold" or "hot" drink inside. You'll get the best part of a day out of this with hot tea/coffee at least 7/8 hours and it will still be fairly hot (or cold) but it depends on the external temperature extremes will effect this though if it's stashed away from heat/cold you can get even longer times if you are careful.Any weaker points? There is no cup top with this but the built in spout near enough removes that problem as you can drink from the flask directly. Size wise it's a little larger than some (24cm high base to top of the metal structure) shaped a bit like an artillery/naval shell (even has some grooves and indents at the bottom to match that look) I have found the 500ml flasks useful but there are times you might have company/family trip etc. and want a bit more drink on tap this offers more without the bulk of some 1 litre models. Can't fault the design or the materials there are cheaper flasks around (tried plenty and it's a mixed bag) though it's well priced compared to some I've looked at; this should provide years of service.

With this experiences I'm totally sold with this product!
Let me tell you that I'm surprisingly amazed with this bottle. I was searching for a good bottle that I can use in an everyday situation but also use when I exercise. Another thing that I wanted for a bottle is that it hold on the temperature of the inside for a reasonable amount of time. And this bottle did exactly that.First I tested it with tea. I love tea but in my new workplace I don't have a way of heating water and do some tea. So every morning I brew some, very hot, and put it in the bottle. The first thing that surprised me was that the bottle did not warm up beside the top (the heat must escape from some place. I know it's not easy to isolate all the bottle). Some hours later I pick up the bottle. Because I did not feel the heat I thought that the tea was already cold. Put some in my cup and wow, the tea was yet very hot. I was really amazed by that. A great first experience.Did that for some days and it hold the heat very very well. Also, no strange flavors from the metal.Another experience was this last weekend. I decided to go for a run in the park. So at home I filled the bottle with some ice water. Very very cold. When I arrived at the park I did not find a place with shadow to park so my car was under the sun for the duration of my running and walk (about a hour). Also I left the bottle inside the car. When I entered the car it was hot hot hot. Like dessert hot. I thought that it was impossible for the water to stay cold as it was when I put it. But when I opened it and drink it, "wow". It was yet cold. With this experiences I'm totally sold with this product! The thing that could be better it's the option for a sport lid like the bigger model.

I love it!
I love this flask. Almost obsessively. I am terrible at drinking enough water, always have been. I like it cold but that is easier said than done sometimes. Not anymore. I actually bought this as we were attempting the 3 peak challenge and needed a decent bottle anyway. I've never tried it with hot liquid to be honest but it's cold retention is unreal. I put a decent amount of ice in and it will easily last 18 hours. I'm sure it would last longer but I keep filling it up and the water naturally melts some of it each time. At the time of writing this I have ice in it from last night, about 12 hours ago. Even when I left it in my hot car and a summers day for a few hours, the outside metal was boiling but the inside was still cold.Pros. Cold retention is unbelievable, comes with a carabiner which was handy on the 3 peaks, small enough to fit in my bike drinks holder, looks pretty cool.Cons. The lettering does rub off easily. I currently have a f**urete*h bottle according to the outside. the neck can be a little narrow for getting ice in from a Cube tray but it always eventually gets in. I've just taken to underfilling the Cube tray.Fan

Does what it says on the tin - keeps cold water, errrm, cold!
Does what it says on the tin.I purchased this because I was going to the Philippines. For those who do not know, it's really HOT there, especially in March/April. It's not unusual for it to hit 36C (97F).I would buy refrigerated water before bed, pour the contents into this bottle, and leave it in my air conditioned bedroom (no fridge). By the end of the next day, being out all day, both inside and out, the water in the bottle was still cool. No, it was NOT cold, but one heck of a lot colder than water in the plastic container. It was still so good to drink.Only two issues: 1) it is a little heavy. 2) it would be helpful if it contained a 'standard quantity' of water. By that, I mean, that if you're not in a 'safe water' country, or prefer to buy bottled water, it would be helpful for your bottle to contain something line 500ml of water. Just a thought.
