Qsilica One A Day 50 Tablets

I bought a large pack of capsules about 5 months ago because my nails were flaking badly and my hair lifeless and thin. Gradually my nails have improved and my hair is stronger. It is not a miraculous change but it is noticeable so I shall keep taking the silica for some months longer and see if things improve any more.6 months after I wrote the review above, my hairdresser asked me why my hair condition was so much better than it used to be so I told her about Qsilica. I have only been taking these supplements for a month so it is probably a little early to see any results. A friend of mine recommended them and they have worked for her. I certainly haven't noticed an improvement for my hair or nails. I will probably have to switch to an alternative because these bullet-sized tablets are so difficult to swallow, even when broken in half and taken with a large glass of water.. They have a chalky texture and I find they scratch my throat. I won't order these again

They are a bit hard to swallow whole, but I break them in half. Am taking them for my nails, so it will take time to show real results, but I think my nails are just beginning to feel tougher. My hair feels a bit thicker and is in very good condition.I was told to take silica for nails and hair many years ago by an assistant in a well known health shop. My nails became so hard that I had to stop taking it as they were difficult to file or cut. However, recently they became dry and flaky, so giving it another try. My osteopath said that it would probably have an effect on my bones too!

I wish I could experience the benefits but for me the tablets are too big and they are uncoated, making them really difficult to swallow for people who struggle with big tablets.

Good quality silica, good for hair, joins, nails....jut give yourself break sometimes because silica has bad affect on kidneys

It's been 3 months of religiously taking each day and suddenly....I have strong and fast growing fingernails as opposed to thin, weak and splitting nails.Combined the Q Silica with B. Bees Lemon Butter cuticle cream and I'm now very happywith my nails. Just hoping there is a plus with skin and hair too. If so, will report back.

Mid August 2012 we started taking one capsule silica a day. As hair and nails take time to grow, naturally it took time to notice improvements. Now after 6 months of taking silica daily we find that our nails and hair is growing much stronger than before and hair even began re-growing on a bald pate which had been dormant for many years. My husband also noticed that his eyesight has improved considerably.
