Works better than better
This is good. Clears up the nose no matter how stuffed it is. This is not your regular saline or anything like that. This is medicated. As such, you can't use it too often. I think it's recommended no more than 2 days in a row. But if you're desperate, it really works. Fully. And it lasts a few days for me.

Do not use Continually
this stuff works well, but if you use it often and for more than a few days, it can burn the inside of your nose, making it dry and irritated. Just use this occasionally for stopped up nose

100% works! but remember …
Do not prolong use! Three days and that’s it! By the 4th day of use both nostrils had blood in them. Matter of fact I suggest if you have one good nostril and one plugged up. Don’t even put it in the good nostril.
