Ridiculously good
Used this to seal a freshly refurbed and powdercoated set of wheels. Managed to seal all 4 18" wheels and still have enough left to do another 1 or 2.Application is very easy and it leaves a great finish. The wheels are now extremely easy to clean, a rinse with the hose gets most of the dirt off and a quick wipe with normal car shampoo leaves them gleaming. It may seem expensive for a wheels sealant, but it is certainly worth the money.

Great Product
Great Product bought my first bottle two years ago it does what it says on the box. The wheel armour made it so easy to keep my alloys easy to maintain, break dust and dirt easily rinsed off leaving the alloys looking like new. I've now purchased a second bottle which should keep my alloys looking like new for another couple of years. It's a little on the expensive side for the amount in a bottle but its well worth it.

Easy to use but buy 30 ml for big wheels
Easier to apply than I was expecting. Nano coatings were always supposed to be quite fussy, but I applied to a brand new set of wheels after wiping them down with panel wipe. Once it was spread I wiped off around 30-60 seconds later (possibly less) and it was very easy to remove.I didn’t use GTechniq’s recommended microfibre cloth, just a regular semi-plush cloth. It’s apparently recommended to dispose of the cloth afterwards, probably because the residue to go crusty on the cloth and you don’t want the solvents in your washing machine (if they’re even soluble.

Have Faith
It's not cheap stuff and those with the energy and dedication may feel it's better to use gar shampoo and water. First of all before applying remember the bottle has to coat at least four wheels inside and out so use very sparingly. It doesn'f stop the wheels from getting dirty, so from time to time normal washing is required. Does C5 stop wheel corrosion ? Well I will ask the wheels next time I clean them.

Great coating
Great coating. Make sure wheels are surgically clean before application and you can't go wrong. Jet wash removes 80% of brake dust now before washing with any sort of detergent A+++++

A detailers go to product
I’ve used both C5, C4, tyre black and just bought some of their detailer to try. I’ve been detailing cars for over 20 years and always happy with the ease of use and overall performance. Realistically if you use this on your daily driver you’ll see 12-18 months protection before the effects start to wear off. Essentially you are creating a barrier that the brake dust sits on rather than being on the wheel itself. It won’t keep them looking any cleaner but you will never need to use a product other than shampoo to keep them clean. The key is prep and curing time for best results.

Buffing is just as important as cleaning/prep…
First couple of items I coated went on really well, however on the later items I used a different buffing cloth and unfortunately it seems to have not removed anywhere near enough product and I was left with a sticky residue, fortunately I noticed before it fully cured and could clean most of it off with some Gyeon Q2M prep and re-buff with another cloth. No idea if any managed to actually cling to the surface but I’m now faced with having to re-order and re-apply at some point. Basically make sure you use new cloths and of a very high quality.Only 3 stars as this isn’t the first ceramic product I’ve used but it is the first I’ve had an issue with like this and it’s also one of the more expensive for the coverage area. (Just about managed 4 calipers and disc bells)
