I'm really pleased with this. The amount of features on such an inexpensive yet well made and thoughtfully designed micro torch is incredible. I'm a keen Prepper and also very keen on having nifty gadgets in my EDC kit with a penchant for Torches.What impressed me most about this torch is how good the array of features is. All of them excelling. The main torch is bright and has a great beam. Lighting up a large area with a reasonably brightness and the near vicinity of around 20m very bright.The secondary features are brilliant. Especially the blue and red flashing beacon, ideal as a kind of distress beacon or road warning. I've tried to show how bright it is in the video attached, but it's even more impressive to the naked eye.The body is lightweight yet very tough. The plastic casing is really high grade and will withstand heavy duty use. The switch has a nice rubber cover and so does the charging port, which makes it waterproof. The end is some kind of metal which really protects the lense but also allows it a sturdy base so it can stand upright.Charging time takes just shy of an hour. I've tested a few modes to see how long the battery lasts and the table provided is accurate for the modes I've tried. It would be good to have been provided an indication of the predicted life cycle of the LED and also the battery. Time will tell and I will alter my review if I am disappointed.Lastly, I'll mention how well its packaged. Very professional and gives a great first impression and makes for an ideal gift.I love that the body is glow in the dark. It does have to be subjected to a serious amount of light for hours to last hours glowing. But it does work really well and help you find it in the night. Even in the winter when it's dark you get a few hours glow in the dark. You can top it up with artificial light and even boost it using the UV light on the torch.The UV light works great at authenticating currency.
