I don’t have a microwave, would I be able to heat this on a low heat in oven? :)

I don't know for definite, but I would say no. An oven would dry out both the outer cover and inner filling, which would drastically shorten the life of this.

For 701-1K Watts: 90 seconds If not warm enough do again for 30 seconds. Never exceed 3 minutes Shake to disperse contents to avoid hot spots. I always put on a disk of cardboard in microwave with a small cup half filled with cold water - this stops the filling drying out too much

I'm sorry I can't answer as it burnt the first time I put it in the microwave so had to throw away. It was useful, but heavy and quite big so if you only have a small microwave it won't fit in.
