Real Piston and Engine Valves have been used to produce this unique stand alone 4 hook hanging rack for keys Handmade with care by Metal Artist Elaine Southworth One pre-used aluminium piston and four engine valves have been used to form a stand alone hanging rack which does not require any further work to install it. Ideal for sitting on a window sill, or even next to the bed. Forms a lovely display of vehicle keys for a typical Petrol Head proud of their street machines (either car or bike). The overall height of the stand is around 28cm (approx 11") and the diameter of the piston base is 8.3cm (approx 3") across. The cross-hatch formed stack of valves has been fully welded and is securely bolted through the crown of the piston. The upper part of the key rack has been spray painted in a rich metallic burgundy base coat. Pale gold highlights have been used to pick out the features of it. The whole upper part has then been sprayed in a high gloss acrylic lacquer to give an attractive finish to this very practical and heavy duty key rack. This ideal for use where it is not possible to mount anything to the walls. Due to using real pre-used engine parts in the making of this products, the keystand you receive may differ slightly from that shown in the photograph. However your keystand will still have the same high standard and quality of finish.
