Karen Kay Buckley Perfect Scissors 4-inch Green

Perfect. Sharp. Just the job. Love them. Now have several sizes and would only buy karen buckley.

Having sewn for fifty years I have lots of pairs of scissors and by far IThink these are the best. The micro serrated blades are really sharp and cut precisely right to the very tip and right along the length of the blade. The handles are really comfortable too, not leaving a groove in your thumb as some scissors do if you do a lot fitting in one session. I like the plastic blade cover which comes with the scissors to protect them . I have bought three different sized pairs of Karen Kay Buckley scissors... Just the tiniest pair to go. Yes they are a bit more expensive but they are definitely worth it. Don't hesitate, treat yourself!

Good quality scissors and well worth the money. Very sharp and makes cutting even the smallest pieces easy. Super for appliqué work

I really like these small scissors, they are easy to stash away in your bag and the handles are very comfortable in your hands. They are the smallest set which have red handles. While the scissors are really sharp the photo is not the same as the scissors received - maybe change the photo to the correct pair of scissors sold?

What wonderful scissors! Small and extremely sharp, all the way to the very tip. Perfect for appliqué, which is what I bought them for. The handles are made of soft-ish silicone and are a little bendy, not hard plastic, so are comfortable to use. Off to buy other sizes and create a collection!

These are the Best Scissors I have ever had, I have been sewing since I was 13 years old I am now 77 years, wish I had now about them before, I have since ordered the 6in , very good if You have Arthritic Fingers,

I have a several sizes of Karen Kay Buckley scissors and I love them.

The package arrived quickly, it was well-packed and in good condition. The scissors are excellent. I tried them out on wool for applique, which can be very wiggly material to cut. The scissors gripped the fabric well, and cut cleanly and easily without the fabric shifting in the blades. I do recommend these scissors. I have other small scissors, a nice pair of 4 inch fiskars, but these Buckleys are so much more delicate, more on the line of embroidery size and shape scissors. Very delicate, very strong, very long thin blades for sharp angles and thin cuts. I was able to easily straighten the edge of a 7/8" wool circle free handed, taking 1/64th inch wide slices off the edge easily with these scissors. I highly recommend them for very precise cutting on small projects.

I don't do applique, but I do sew a lot. These scissors are, indeed, perfect. Great for snipping off tiny bits of fabric or threads. They are very sharp all the way to the tip, and you can get a lot of force on the cutting surface, even at the very end of the blades. I LOVE these. Perfect for accurately trimming fabric for collars, snipping open buttonholes, trimming seam allowances, and many other uses.

I bought this tiny pair for small cuts because I absolutely love the larger pair I have. I'm a quilter who likes to do "fussy cutting" for some of my projects.. This small size will be perfect for this. The reason for the serrated cutting edge is that the fabric will cut perfectly without sliding between the blades. I've taken my larger pair to quilting meetings to "show and tell" with them--I'm that sold on them!

I love the 6" (blue handles) scissors. The micro serrated blades really grip the fabric for detailed cutting. The blue handles are large and comfortable. I have medium sized hands. Returned the 4" green handled ones as the handles were not comfortable and the blades were too small. I could not pull up a way to review the blue ones which I give 5 stars, so I guess they are combining the reviews for the 4" and 6" scissors.

I received my scissors and I am working on a quilt that needs many small pieces cut. The scissors are working great. One caution, they are very sharp. My finger now has a 1 inch cut from the blade just scraping over. Ouch!! Still love them just need to be a little more careful.
