The hinges broke in a week! Poor construction. The bamboo slates where the hinges we’re screwed also cracked. Not recommended to purchase. Not worth the price !

I got tired of the pile of used kitchen towels and napkins by the stairs waiting for someone to carry them downstairs to the laundry room. This hamper now sits in the corner by the stairs and looks very nice. It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy.

I love this thing. It looks nice and functions well with the removable liner. The ONLY thing that is not great are the bamboo sticks that hold up the liner. They are sturdy and do the job, but the minute you pull out the liner to take it to the washer, the bamboo sticks slide out of the liner. We stuck rubber bands on each end and the problem is solved, just lame that you have to problem solve something.

The color is way off from the photos online. It is a nice enough hamper, but don’t expect to receive a brown wood-tone hamper. The actual hamper we received was more of a gray-tone faux wood color.

Misleading description. Color is more of a faux wood grayish color. Lid and "base" are not solid bamboo. Appear to be fiber board with a laminate bamboo print. Lid does not line up squarely on the bin. I was expecting a much nicer product for the price. Will be returning.

Easy to put together. Looks great. The cover helps keep my kiddo out of it (would probably help deter a curious dog too), and the slats with openings on the sides are probably good for ventilation. I also really like that there are two compartments so the laundry can get pre-sorted as it goes in. The bamboo handles that the bags hang from are a bit of a pain, as they have a tendency to come unthreaded and need to be rethreaded with pretty much every use. I also get the sense that with the level of use we give our laundry bags, the bags themselves may wear out before their time as they are not that well reinforced. But overall it's been a good purchase so far.
