I love how easily these clean up! The lines do indeed line up perfectly in an A5 dotted notebook.I do wish the numbers lined up a bit better, but I really prefer freehanding those anyway.Pen recommendation: Zebra ClickArt markers work really well, if a little undersized for this stencil's holes, and wash off with just a quick rinse under running water. No soap or scrubbing required!

I love these stencils! I use them every day to customize my bullet journal. They are well-made and easy to clean.

The stencils are extremely flexible to point that they can be easily broken. Just keep that in mind when using them with your journal. For a starter pack the stencils are a great selection.The picture I attached is for reference on the size of the pen I was using with the stencil. The pen is just a run-of-a-mill dollar-store pen. The point of the pen had no issue fitting in the stencils. If you are new to the world of keeping a journal the stencil kit comes with a URL where you can download a free guide. The website will require you to use a name and an email address to obtain the guide. I have not reviewed the guide as I have been using journals for a while.

This set comes with only a few stencils and for the price, you can get bigger sets. They work fine but I was disappointed by the stencils not being clearly cut so it makes it impossible to create a straight line.

I got these to speed up the process of getting my daily planner page layouts created--it takes me forever to decide on a layout otherwise, and part of the reason for planning is to focus my time expenditure better, so I really need some stencils to speed it up. Before, it usually took nearly an hour of trying to decide on a layout and then drafting it up before I was even ready to put in my to-do list for the day; I grabbed these today when I overslept and was starting several hours later than normal, and in the 30 minutes since I woke up, I've gotten a simple layout marked out, filled it in, and started the first of several loads of laundry before sitting down to write this review.The stencils themselves aren't super-thick, but thick enough to be fairly durable, and translucent white, so I can easily see where things are if I'm not using the entire stencil sheet for a layout. There are a variety of boxes, checklists, clock faces, water trackers, meal planner/trackers, banners and other shapes, as well as icons for mood and weather. The cutout lines are a little narrow, so you'll probably want a 0.7mm pen or smaller when using the box and icon stencils. There's a 2-column, 3-column, and 4-column layout, as well as boxes in the various widths, so there's plenty of material for creative mixing and matching when I have more time to play, or I can do a 5-minute layout like today and have my page ready to work from in 10 minutes.

I tried these with two different size dot journals and both worked fine. Planning meals for a weekend of entertaining is difficult for me, and having the breakfast/lunch/dinner stencil available just when I needed it took me from procrastination to planning. As I'm migrating this year from a more traditional planner back to the bullet journal, these stencils will give me that little added structure that I think I'll need.They worked well with the 08 sized felt tip pen that I used, but a thinner pen would probably make the task easier. A very sharp pencil would work. These stencils have thin lines.They're made from a reasonable thickness of plastic, so they should last awhile. They can catch on each other if you're not paying attention when you put them away, like I wasn't. Easily detangled, they went right back into a tidy stack. I think I'll get a lot of use from these, and look forward to seeing what other designs this company comes up with.
