Very good product but very highly priced.

Feel energetic like i was when I was 46. Now I'm 54. Will continue to take this supplement.

The media could not be loaded. I recently ordered two bottles of this supplement - one for myself (30+) and one for my mom (60+). While my mom didn't experience any side effects, my experience was quite different.Upon taking the supplement, I initially experienced mild panicky jitters, which I found quite concerning. I decided to do some research and found that the optimal dosage for my age group (30-50) is 500mg per day, while for the 60+ age group it is 1000mg per day. This made me wonder if the dosage was too high for me, which could be causing the jitters.Later on, I also started experiencing a weird dry skin feeling, which I looked up online and found out was called flushing. This was quite uncomfortable and added to my concerns about the supplement.Overall, I had a mixed experience with this supplement. While it worked well for my mom, I experienced jitters and flushing, which could be due to the dosage being too high for my age group. I would recommend starting with a lower dosage and monitoring any side effects closely.The following are some of the potential side effects of NMN:Digestive Issues: Some individuals may experience digestive issues such as diarrhea, nausea, and stomach upset.Headaches: NMN may cause headaches in some individuals.Flushing: Some people may experience flushing, which is a warm, red, and tingling sensation on the skin.Insomnia: NMN may cause difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep in some individuals.Allergic Reaction: Although rare, some individuals may have an allergic reaction to NMN, which may include hives, rash, or difficulty breathing.Look for lab to do testing of the products, unable to find labs in India. I’ve been incorporating NMN into my supplement routine for the past month, and the difference is noticeable. As someone who values both physical and cognitive health, I did extensive research before selecting this NMN product, and it has exceeded my expectations.I noticed a significant boost in energy, eliminating my afternoon slump and keeping me productive all day. Mental clarity - my focus has improved, making tasks feel more manageable and enhancing both work and personal projects.

After taking for 4 days, severe headache and constipation has started. Be careful before buying any such supplement above Rs 1500 as you have have to discontinue and waste of money.

Bad idea to sell it in a ziplock pack. The content is supposed to last about 30 days but the zip stopped working within 3 days. For a high priced item...a better packing needs to be provided. After 3 days had to move the content to another container.As for the product. Seems genuine but too soon to tell how effective. And don't know if not being zip locked all the time impacts its effectivilty.
