Can this be used on stiches

No you need to wait till stitches are removed - I wasn’t allowed to even look at my stitches under dressings so no peeking lol. the sheets are very sticky so I’d also avoid using till any scabs are also healing - they help the ‘scar’ to continue to heal nicely without raised lumpy or dark areas (keloids etc.)- mine has slowly smoothed out but has taken a year as was a double surgery site still not white but nice and smooth.

Do these offer UV protection to protect new scar from the sun?
