I go through these constantly. They work great.

They work wonderfully as the description-- just cut the foil off an original Nespresso pod using a sharp knife and you're ready to reuse it again and again using these foils. It is super easy to use these foils on top and press down around the edges to seal. Then proceed as usual with your coffee! The amount of crema you get in your coffee will depend on what type of coffee you use of course. I was happy with mine and I just used my normal affordable brand. In any case, these seals work great! I have been using the previous version for a couple of years now (500+ pods) and I tried these new ones today and didn't have any problems with spillage or grinds coming out, the pod worked just as well as the original one did. When you're done these foils they peel off using a tab so they are easier to remove than when you cut off the pod's original foil. Enjoy!

After reading the reviews for this, I decided to try them. Having had a sample packet of seals from another vendor, I was hoping these would perform just as well at a lower price.These seals perform "adequately". The plastic-backed foil stretches a bit too much and the adhesive is not as strong other brands. These do the job, but there are better options. I will enjoy ~100 more cups of coffee with these and switch to another.

Works great with the Nespresso Virtuo plus pods

I love the concept. These are easy to use, easy to fill, and I love using my own coffee. Here's the issue, there is more coffee and water in the back catch than with nescafe pods and the coffee is weak. Am I overfilling? Using the wrong coffee, adding to much or too little? Help!!!

Nobody likes cleaning out the Nespresso pods at the beginning, but I cleaned out 21 Nespresso Vertuo pods, and put my store brand espresso grind into it, pressed it firmly in, slapped one of the foil lids on each, and they worked great - the photo is a Vertuo Melozio 7.77oz pod with 1 heaping tablespoon of store brand espresso grind coffee in it. Granted, the coffee I used isn't the best, but the crema is great, and the coffee is drinkable. I wanted to test before I spent too much on the coffee part. Test - SUCCESSFUL. And the foil lids come off easily, so I can reuse the pods again and again.

I've been using the Capmesso system for coffee capsules for my Nespresso Vertuoline machine for some time now and have had no issues at all with any coffee capsules woeking in my machines. On occasion, I am not happy with the coffee I try, but that has no bearing on how well the foil seals work, it's the coffee that I don't like. My most recent order has a new style of seal which works equally as well as the previous seals but now they have Capmesso imprinted in the foil as you can see in my photo. The size still works well and I will continue enjoying my coffee using the seals. I still do purchase some Nespresso capsules because I like a coffee variety and by filling my capsules and alternating, I'm able to save some money.

What was helpful was finding a vessel like a cup or jar that had the same diameter as the Vertuo’s circumference. I’d place the empty dome into my jar which enabled me to pat down the coffee up to the rim. It also serves as a steady platform when you’re ready to place the round foil over the capsule. You basically have to stand above the capsule and ‘eyeball’ the foil’s position so that the overlap is even on all sides. When you’ve accomplished that, re-inforce the foils sticky lip over the edge of the capsule, making sure you’re not covering the barcode. The barcode is what the nesspresso machine reads to dispense the correct amount. Of water for that size capsule.Overall very happy with these once I got a system in place!

Love make my own coffee with this product

Works really well and will not damage your machine. It is slightly bigger than the pods, but just cut off the excess. Do not fold the excess over the barcode which is on the underside of the pod’s lip. If you fold or cover the barcode, your machine will not be able to read it and make your coffee. The sticky part is quite wide but try to centre your pod when sticking it on.

I would definitely recommend this product

These foil lids are larger than the vertuo pods. If you like that idea or have a hard time lining up the smaller foils, then they are well suited for you. I prefer the foils that are the same size as I have a holder for my pods and use the base of my espresso stirrer to seal the lids below the outer lip and not fold them over the edge. I find that by doing this, the glue sticks to the outer lip and then will not seal on the inner lower area well without stretching it out of shape. I believe it is a preference of how you prefer to seal them, but I worry that the seal on these will only be on the fine edge, versus the thicker inner lip. They were a good value during the prime day sale.

I love that hold well but they’re not too thick! I’ve bought ther brands and have only gone back to these!
