I'm 5'9 185-190 lbs. I'm not that big, mostly bought this to upgrade/replaced my worn out compression slimming tank tops and wanted to try different brands. All 5 are similar and are medium sized. I got a large for this product but man, the neck part was very hard to get into, I'm already very familiar on how to wear this things, I can barely fit through the neck hole, u really have to stretch this to the point it feels like your gonna tear it. It needs more stretch material to the neck part...everything else is ok when I was able to wear it. I'll keep this but maybe next time I'll try extra large.

Great quality, soft, and works as it should!

I cannot wear bras due to physical issues, so I have been struggling to find clothing that can support my chest and flatten it enough to allow me to both get the profile I want (I tend to dress more masculine) as well as help my back pain since I couldn't wear bras, and I am a 38D.These shirts are my daily wear. They provide me the support I need, the profile I want, and all-day comfort. I have done full contact sports in high temperature and humidity in these shirts, and I was not suffering heat exhaustion.When in doubt, if you're on the sizing line, get the size up and understand that you will likely have to adjust to them. I was lightheaded after wearing it the first few times because I had to adapt to breathing with the compression. However, once that adjustment was made, I cannot imagine not having these in my world. Amazing.

El material de tela excelente, sólo que las tallas son muy reducidas si eres Large, posiblemente dependiendo del cuerpo de cada persona te quedaría un extra Large

I have bout 3 more of these shirts since my first purchase. People complain that they are too tight, but it’s supposed to be! It’s a compression garment! Helps to give me a much more slim appearance.

WAY too small and still manages to not do what it's advertised to do.

Don't expect a miracle, but it is a comfortable shirt. It does help to maintain your "belly" in place! It is a bit expensive, but I do recommend it.
