Excellent product.
Fits 2017 Giant Contend SL like a glove. I bought these with a little trepidation after reading the reviews and watching the odd video. It seemed like a stab in the dark on whether or not they’d fit. Well if you have the clearance specified you are in. As for difficulty fitting, there isn’t any in my opinion. All it takes is a little bit of time and proper prep. The Velcro will not detach as long as you prep the surface correctly and allow it to adhere. I was really surprised at how well these things went on. It’s as if they were custom made for my bike. I only had to ‘tweak’ the rear guard with two cable ties in order to pull it right a little (purely aesthetic). This was due to the bikes frame geometry. The fitting took me about an hour, may seem like a long time, but it’s best to take your time! My old summer bike is now my new winter bike. Top product, highly recommended. Lightweight and aesthetically pleasing addition for bikes with no fixings for traditional guards.

A good set of mudguards if you have limited frame clearance.
I use my 2008 Specialized Roubaix Elite for winter and touring. It's been adorned with various mudguards over the years, including the earlier version of these. I'll start with the good points and then some suggestions on fitting. They fit well, plenty of coverage and give good clearance from the tyre. The plastic is pretty stiff but gives enough flexibility for fitment. I particularly like the flair of the rear guard near the front mech to give it some protection. The new fittings are similar to stickle bricks, the frame fitting is stuck on and the mudguard fitting is pressed onto it. Nice and simple. So, fitting wise, never expect any mudguards to fit straight out of the box, especially if your bike was never designed for them. A certain amount of fettling is required to get a satisfactory fit.The Front guards went on quite easily, the stickle brick/velcro fittings allow you to find the correct position without tools. The extension piece at the front under the brake is double sided taped on. I added some glue (flexible 2-part adhesive) here for good measure to add a bit of strength. Top tip - the kit comes with some alcohol wipes to clean the frame/forks to adhere the stickle brick/velcro fittings. Make sure after cleaning that it's completely dry before fitting them or the adhesive will dissolve and they won’t stick properly. My frame and forks are very narrow around the brakes, so to stop interference between the top inside of the forks and the mudguard, I went to town on it with my multi tool to grind it narrower. This then gave enough clearance. The kit also comes with some small self-adhesive silicon pads to fit in these locations to prevent frame damage.Rear mudguard, again I had to make it narrower around the brake and apply the pads. The front extension needs to be cut to length. Easy enough, install the back section, take out the wheel, offer up the front extension and mark the desired length. There is a reusable tie wrap that fits the front section to the downtube. Two positions are on offer so pick the appropriate one. When it is tightened it will pull the mudguard up a bit, so bear this in mind when cutting the length. There is a supplied plastic nut and bolt to join the two sections, but again I glued it together as well. Make sure the adhesive is flexible when cured.Biggest problem was the angle of the rear frame which meant that when the mudguard was installed in the correct position, only about half of the frame mounts were in contact, see the picture. Now, the roads around here are as smooth as a cattle grid with pot holes so I was rather concerned if there was sufficient contact area and the mudguard could possibly vibrate loose. Out comes the tie wraps. I put some protective tape on the frame and secured the fittings with the tie wraps, not excessively tight, but enough to keep the contact area secure. I done the same to the front mudguard. The front of the mudguard near the bottom bracket I cut a little too short. I resolved this by putting a “skirt” of black electrical tape around the mudguard edge, so giving it the required extension. This error on my part proved to be a blessing as it allowed me to tuck the “skirt” in between the chain stays, improving the protection for that area and preventing any frame wear.In summary, I think they are pretty good mudguards. For the frame type, my options are limited - but 200miles later I’ve had no issues and haven’t got wet and covered in dirt on the country roads.

Simply great
They have been great, I have not had to remove them at all for the summer months. Not too difficult to install, it takes some measurement and then some careful adjusting but it is a one-off exercise after all. A lot easier to remove, i.e. just pull them away but why bother. They are very light and do not interfere with anything on the bike I'd go as far as saying they are stylish.I have a Norco Search with Shimano 105 gear and hydraulic disk breaks.

Hard to fit but do the job
The instructions are on the inside of the packaging and not too hard to follow. Fitting the Velcro strips was fine but don’t do it if it’s too cold as they will not stick. The problem was fitting the guards so they did not catch on the tyres. On a road bike 700cc wheels with 23 tyres the clearance is very tight where they fit under the brakes. I have finally managed to get the rear on but the front is proving tricky. One problem is that on rougher roads the mudguards flex quite a lot as they fit quite high up in the wheel struts. Not a complete disaster but not great either book out an afternoon and a trial ride to fit them.

Does NOT fit all bikes as claimed. Terrible.
Terrible.Previously had the Mk2 which lasted a year before the rear guard has worn through.Took a punt on these based on mixed reviews, and the claims of:"Fits to all road bikes""No Wobble""No Vibration"Well... sorry but they do not!First the Rear. It's designed to fit to the inside of the seat stays... well it cannot. The wheel will not turn as the spokes hit the mounts.Cannot attach it to the outside using the Duo-tech strips as one half is "Helpfully" pre stuck to the guard. So, attempted to mount on the outside of the seat stays with cable ties and tape.... Rubbed, no matter the positioning. The rear guard is too short as well, good 3 inches shorter than the Mk2, if you're in a group the person following will receive a face full of spray.Front guard. This ironically doesn't fit as tight as the rear and it's longer and wider than the Mk2...This went on a treat...Oh, great.. as longer and wider and not as tight fitting, my feet won't clear it when peddling with any degrere of turn more than 15 degrees. Brilliant!Bike is a Spcialised Secteur. - nothing special, just my commute bike a pretty standard design running 25mm tyres, just no guard mounting points which is why I'm limited in choice of guards.Hold out for the Mk4 and hope it looks like the Mk2.
