Q: I wear a women's 7.5 in all my shoes. Which size would I wear in these boots?

If you're asking what men's size to get, go down a size and a half, i.e., 7.5 women's equals 6.0 men's. If you're asking what women's size to get, I guess it depends on how many pairs of socks you'll be wearing (and their thickness). I found Muckboots run pretty true to size, but because I double up on my socks, I get them a half size larger than my regular shoe size. Hope that helps.

B women and D men are both medium width. Women B and Men D width varies depending upon size, example Women 5.5 B width is 3.25" and Women 12 B is 4.25". Men 6 D is 3.5" and Men 12 D is 4.3". Thus widths are with less than 0.1" inches of each other in both Women and Men and are not two very different widths.

No these boots don't sweat inside. They have a mesh lining that wicks away the humidity and persperation.
