Great Product and Top Class Customer Service! (three-time buyer)Buying replacement printer cartridges has always filled me with a little bit of dread - Will they fit? Will they leak? etc etc. So after reading other comments on V4INK cartridges, I purchased a set of four cartridges for my HP M277dw to replace the original set, and was pleased to receive a well-packed product that fitted well into my printer. However, similar to other user comments, I found that one of the four cartridges supplied registered with the printer as a 'non-HP product' (Cyan), and also noticed that the internal packing of the same cartridge was different from the other three. In addition, my printer showed 'full ink' for all four cartridges when installing, but shortly afterwards it would not recognise they were there at all, although the printer continued to produce documents, and the ink looks comparable with OEM toner ink.I contacted V4INK on the same day that I received and fitted the cartridges (last week) to air my concerns, and their next day response was top class, dispatching a replacement set that arrived yesterday.I am very happy with the excellent customer support offered by V4INK, and will buy my future replacement toner cartridges from them!AMENDMENT: (06.02.20) I contacted this company again for replacement cartridges, and my earlier comments still stand - product is great and their after-sales service is the best I have experienced from an Amazon seller! Well done!AMENDMENT: (17.01.24) Latest order received was packed using the company's new 'transportation protection', and according to the Amazon write-up, my new V4INK cartridges are made with 'brand-new material' that 'meets Environmental Standards." I replaced my Black cartridge (I still have some ink remaining in the other three), and the new cartridge fitted smoothly into my printer, but as reported previously, was instantly recognised by the printer as a 'non-HP product', however, it works perfectly, with great ink coverage. Oh, the price is better than ever too! RECOMMENDED!

Poor...all the prints were streaky. I've since bought some originals and the prints are perfect, so it is definitely the quality of the product.

One star - "Left a dirty pink/red smudge over every sheet of paper. Would not recommend."This was my online review after using the toners for a couple of weeks. The company noted my concerns and offered free replacements which arrived very quickly. So far, so good. I am not upping the star rating to five stars yet just in case the replacements do the same as the originals in a couple of weeks.Two months later, upgrading from three to four stars as replacements are fine, no smudges. However, it should be noted that the company has been badgering me with constant emails to alter my review ever since the replacements arrived.

Works very well and easy to install. Detailed printing and cheap compared to other compatibles. The only thing I would recommend to other users is to replace all other cartridges at the same time to get all of the colours accurate and not one at a time. Just like others, I started to have problems with the magenta cartridge leaving marks and streaks on the paper after less than 200 sheets of paper. Tried to contact the seller... no response. Now going to take it up with Amazon directly.

I am the worst person when it comes to buying non-original consumables (Lets face it, even Originals aren't always up to scratch sometimes).I read the reviews (mixed as they were) and put off ordering these for about a week. Eventually I realised that I had nothing to lose as I could always get my money back if they didn't work.After receiving them the first thing that struck me was the professionalism of the boxes and packaging. The cartridges have better internal protection than HP.The cartridge itself is not cheap or tacky looking and to be honest, it makes you wonder how they can be supplied at such a cheap price.Inserting them was the same as the originals (except that you have to pull out a long plastic film sealing strip and it seems as if it might stretch or break, but it doesn't). This is to obviously prevent toner shaking about and leaking during transit.Once inserted, the printer goes through the same priming and calibration process as it does with originals. When finished it shows on the readout that a non Genuine cartridge is installed (which we know) and it displays the level of the toner (i.e Full 100%).I don't know why but I expected that something else had to be done or take place but it didn't. I just printed something out and a big smile came on my face (relief that it worked and hope that it would keep working because the price made it that much more attractive).I have since ordered again and got the same foolproof perfect results.So, all i can say is credit where credit is due. You supply a good product and you in turn get good feedback. I can't thank you enough for supplying these and saving me a lot of money.These were used in my HP MFP M277dw printer and I will also be buying your cartridges for my Brother printer as well,Thanks.

Thought these were good at first but the blue cartridge seems to have gone out of alignment and the others leave streaks. It’s still 60% full according to the diagnostics but these are unusable now.I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve now stumped up the cash for genuine HP cartridges and the difference is massive. Should have sent these back when they started going wrong really but I’ll just accept that I’ve learned my lesson now.By the way, I bought them for HP Colour Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw. If you have the same then consider we’ll before buying these. Yes they’re cheap, but will last little more than a third of the time they should.

Toner ist ergiebig und druckt in einer angemessenen Qualität. Der Toner funktioniert wirklich prima. Der Toner funktioniert ebenso gut, wie das Orginal. Keine Kleckse, keine Probleme. Auch das Druckbild ist super. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.Habe bereits den zweiten Toner in Gebrauch und bisher keinerlei Probleme.Würde dieses Produkt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder bestellen!Fazit:1. These were well packaged and easy to install. The first few prints had a lot of dust and smearing, but they've cleaned up recently and now the quality is *almost* as good as OEM, with a tiny bit of smudging or loss of detail. It's certainly good enough for our uses (mostly printing forms and school assignments) but I might want to use OEM if I were using it for a business.
