Easy to take, you can mix with everything liquid. Taste not bad. It's healthier than taking a pill, doesn't upset the stomach. It's effectiveness hasn't worked for me personally as far as helping to keep iron levels normal, so while it's a great product and works for some, it just depends on the person I think. But I love Mary Ruth products they are great, and my daughter swears by them.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for a year and a half and have not been sick. I am prone to colds and all sorts of seasonal illnesses but since I started taking this regularly, I have not been sick with any colds. I never got sick during my pregnancy with triplets either apart from normal pregnancy symptoms.I love this vitamin!It’s worth the price, will last about 30 days, the taste isn’t terrible but it is one I take a breath befor hand and then take it. It’s very effective, I take this everyday.

Honestly I just can’t get over how badly this tastes. It taste like a sickly sweet children’s remedy. However, I have noticed a great improvement in my overall health and energy levels!

We use this as a family unit (2-32). Taste is ok. Gets the job done.

My husband had battled fatigue for YEARS. He doesn’t have the best eating habits, but still fairly balanced. He gets at least 7 hours of sleep at night and sleeps well. He was still always tired. These help so much!
